The hotel is very nice. Not big or modern rooms but clean and enough for me. The dinner was excellent and the staff very nice and helpful.

Overall, the hotell is nice, the swimming pool is also nice and clean. Flowers arround are beautifully maintained. Breakfast was ok, but the same every day. The room had some strange smell, so it was hard to breathe during the night. Bathroom was clean, but too small. No place to dry wet towels after or bathing suites the swimming. Good to know that you can't get far without a car, the supermarket is just too far. (By car it's a 7 minute drive).

The hotel is well located close to the beach. The restaurant, bar and pool staff are lovely. The pool area is great. That's the good bits. Our room (101) was truly ghastly, one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was like a prison cell, lying in bed looking at a blank wall, about 3 feet from the end of the bed. The air-conditioning didn't work for the entire duration of our stay and although we reported it nothing was done. We therefore had to sleep with the balcony door open , but were then woken every morning about 4.30 when delivery lorries turned up. So we didn't have a decent night's sleep once during our entire stay.There was no WiFi in the room, again reported and again nothing done about it. All the power points in the room were behind furniture, so we had to move stuff just to charge phones. No table on the balcony, so we asked for one and were told that the balcony wasn't big enough. We found some tatty old table in the communal area so asked if we could use this and guess what? It fitted perfectly. We asked to change rooms, but were told it wasn't possible. I was aware of some empty rooms on some nights and I'm not convinced that with a bit of juggling around they couldn't have accommodated us elsewhere.The parking is an additional €10 per day if you want to park undercover (not told this when we checked in and so got a note on our windscreen to tell us to move our car.) Pool towels are €4 per day per person- I expect them to be free in a 4* hotel. And finally despite all the publicity material showing aerial photos of a tennis court it's actually not playable and has weeds growing out of it. Very disappointing because we booked this hotel hoping to play tennis. In summary, the pool is lovely, most staff attentive, but rooms terrible and definitely not worthy of a 4* classification.

The located is beautiful, the rooms a bit outdated but the gorgeous natural surroundings made up for it. We were so happy our first few nights here on our honeymoon! Unfortunately, the hotel hosted a wedding during our final night which completely ruined our experience, and has yet to respond to our complaint. We were informed a wedding would be held at the hotel pool until 4pm on our last day. Absolutely no issue with this at all, and we happily spent the day at the beach. However, after the pool side service the wedding moved to the area directly outside the guest rooms and did not finish until after 11pm that evening. EXTREMELY loud music was blasted all through the afternoon well into the evening, making it impossible to relax and enjoy our room we paid for. My husband enquired as to when the music was stopped, he was told 10:30pm and had to ask the staff a few more times until it was eventually turned off after 11pm. The guests loudly left the venue over the next hour. I was also catcalled by drunk wedding guests while wandering the hotel grounds. This has been reported to the hotel via email after our stay, but they dismissed this as I did not mention it to staff at the time it occurred. As we told them, the delay in reporting this does not affect the severity of the harassment nor the validity of my experience. There was no communication of the ACCURATE timings of the wedding, there was no communication how incredibly loud and distributive the guests and music would be during the event and our stay, and we were knowingly were placed in a room no more than 20 metres from the event by hotel staff, in which is was impossible to sleep or relax in our room during the event, and was still not inform of the above. We paid to stay at this hotel, and the lack of care and response from the hotel after we expressed our complaint three times in person and twice via email after we left is appalling. We are seeking a refund for this last night of our stay, and wished to speak to the hotel on this via email. They have yet to respond to our last email which was sent to them a month ago.
