Very bad experience for this hotel not 3 star value, food quality very bad, room ac digital show 16 c temperature but reality temperature 29 c and not complaint solved

The location and food are fine, but the amenities need improvement. The bedsheets were very dirty, and there were cockroaches in the room. We requested a room change, and they explained that the issue was due to the rainy season.

Poor service. Not able to sleep due to mosquito. Not recommended for stay. Intercom not working

The property is at a prime location and since it was near our place of work, it suited us best. The interiors were clean and well maintained. Our room was also good with nice lights and cozy bed. The ac worked fine. We were disappointed with the washroom though. The bolt on the inside of the door was broken and we had a bad experience with the wash basin. The water would take atleast 15 minutes to drain. The food was okay. If they could maintain the washrooms also, the hotel is a very nice stay.

Had a satisfying stay. Good polite staff, good location. A bit disappointed on washroom as the tiles were broken and a little dirty. Room was spacious and satisfactory for staying.

While hotel la in bareilly boasts a prime location, my stay was marred by several issues. The rooms had an unpleasant odor, and the bedsheets were unclean, prompting multiple requests to housekeeping for replacements. Additionally, the mattresses were torn, and there was a struggle to access warm water in the bathroom initially. To add to the discomfort, there were cockroaches present. Moreover, the service was notably slow throughout my stay, despite staying with my wife and two children.
