Misleading and Disappointing Experience This establishment (can’t even call this a hotel) is falsely advertised. The room description was misleading—rooms have no windows (management stated it was my job to confirm if hotel has windows!!!), and the non-refundable policy feels like a trap because once you see the conditions, you can’t stay without losing your money. The bathrooms were dirty, and while the entire place felt old and worn out, the worst was the horrible smell of Indian spices lingering throughout the property. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and the staff were unprofessional and uncaring. Avoid this place at all costs.

The property was a poorly maintained, single-floor establishment run by an unprofessional staff. My room, described as “2 beds with a private shower,” was not what I paid for: • No window: Instead, there was a fake “decorative window” that opened into a dirty, enclosed shaft (see attached photo). • Overwhelming smell: The room reeked of strong Indian spices, which permeated from the Indian restaurant or tenants directly below the property. • False advertising: The room lacked air conditioning, windows, and the bathroom was shared, not private. • Horrible hygiene: The property was filthy and smelled terrible throughout, and even basic amenities like the bathroom light switch were in a disgusting state (see photo). Upon seeing the room, I immediately informed the owner that I would not stay. The response was appalling: • The owner denied any misrepresentation and blamed me for not “clarifying” if the room had a window. • I requested a refund for the city tax, as I had just paid it before seeing the room. Initially, they refused, but after I threatened to call the police, they reluctantly returned it. This experience was outrageous and entirely unacceptable, no wonder every reservation on this property is non refundable. I ended up finding a clean, 3-star hotel nearby for the same price. To anyone considering this property, stay away. This was hands-down the worst lodging experience I have ever had.

Please don’t book here!! It is a scam! I booked online and prepaid months in advance, then the day before I arrive they send messages about being unable to check me in, extra fees and changing the check in time repeatedly. After an hour of getting nowhere, they refused to give any refund.

De loin une des pires expériences en hostal. Sale, même pas de rideau à la fenêtre qui donne directement chez les voisins d en face, une chaleur épouvantable.. a fuir obsolument!! Très cher pour ce que c est!! Aucune intimité... ce logement a gâche notre sejour

2 étoiles pour l’emplacement et le changement de draps tous les 2 jours Pour le reste c’est très limite! La propreté est désastreuse ! Pas de nettoyage sous les lits, calcaire à volonté sur les robinets Cabine douche commune avec Wc au milieu 🙈 (prévoyez des tong si vous ne voulez pas mettre les pieds dans le pipi en sortant de la douche 😂) Quant à la tranquillité il faut oublier ! Super mal insonorisé ! On entends les voisins qui chuchotent et ne parlons pas de ceux qui font la fête 🥳 Accueil très bof avec une belle taxe de séjour non comprise 5€/pers et par nuit…. Suspicion de punaises de lit en prime Dommage car la ville est extraordinaire ! Cherchez ailleur 😉

Trotz Top-Lage angenehm ruhig. Im Zimmer bekommt man jedoch alles mit das im Pensionsflur passiert. Das Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber. Das Gemeinschafts-WC dagegen schon. Von der Einrichtung her war ich nach Ansehen der Bilder etwas enttäuscht. Die Betten waren aber super bequem.
