Great hotel, and nearby to th metro station. A 5 min. Walk to the station and you can access la rambla station within just a few stop away. Room is cleaned big. Hotel staff is very friendly.

It is relatively easy access to the metro but still a little far from the centre and most attractions. But not a very big deal as BCN isn’t that big. The service was just fair. The staff wasn’t very welcoming nor rude, more of just performing robotic tasks. The room was just okay as we were arranged the inner room, no view at all and even there was a column in my room. A bit weird to us. The bottle of water was complimentary for one only while it was actually for a double room for two people more logically. The check in and check out service were fast and efficient.

Great value for money. Arrived at 11am to drop the bag and the reception lady kindly offered to check in early as a room happened to be available. Highly recommend.

I stayed 2 nights at here. I arrived at 9am but I could early check in! Staffs are so kind and friendly. Especially RENAT!! He is so nice~! Location wise, it’s very close to metro, bus stop also airport bus. Also free water, coffee machine and some tea. I would definitely stay here again!! Muchas gracias!!

Very convenient location, less than 5 mins walk to subway. The room is clean and spacious. Easy for airport transfer as well. The hotel is nearby the Plaça de les Cascades so can just walk over for visit.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at Hotel Indigo Barcelona. I lost a newly purchased handbag in the hotel lobby, which contained two cardholders. I immediately reported it to the front desk and asked for help in locating it or checking the surveillance cameras. While I understand that hotel staff may not have direct access to the footage, they told me to file a police report — which I did. The police then instructed me to return to the hotel the next morning to view the footage. However, when I called the front desk the next morning, they simply said they were “aware of the situation” and never followed up. Even by the time I checked out on the third day, no one from the hotel reached out to update me or offer assistance. Throughout the whole incident, the hotel staff showed indifference and a lack of responsibility. I felt unsupported and ignored. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to others.
