Good location, however hotel very dark, humid and bedsheets very thin so I was very cold at night, could of at least provided free water with accommodation aswell

I would say this was my most satisfied stay all over the Spain this time.Firstly,its a very safe and convenient place,a big shopping mall just aroujd the corner.Secondly,they r equipped with all cooking tools and stuffs that i can make my DIY dinner,i can buy all things to cook at the suppermall closed by,or there're some restaurants there including including Asian one too.Thirdly,its very closed to the Sant station.All in a word,i would choose again next time when drop by.

Great location.

Large, clean and comfortable room. No frills. It was summer but the air conditioning worked great. Staff were competent and polite but not exactly friendly. If you’re a tea drinker, you may wish to bring your own mug as the cups provided in the kitchen are sized for espresso and small. There were larger cups available at the breakfast buffet but we weren’t allowed to bring them to our room. The breakfast was lovely, I thought. Worth the 14 euros each. The spread was similar everyday but the food was such high quality I happily ate it three days in a row. Location was excellent. Didn’t realise it was 10 minutes walk to Av. Diagonal which has pretty tree-lined streets and nice shops in L’illa Mall Diagonal.

Excellent position for the building as it places itself at vicinity of everything, bus, metro, shopping and restaurants. Place is clean and comfortable. The aircon makes the living so good. The cost is slightly above being reasonable. The odd stands out is the internet problem. Problem started on day one, but the management did not seriously consider the issue until a more forceful complaint made on the fourth day, toward the end of my journey. Then the internet specialist moves in to solve the problem. Without the internet, it’s hard to communicate and enjoy the trip. I found out the internet quality vary across the hotel room in the hotel.

Good location great staffs and easy to find

We have been in this hotel many times as a family. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Is not in the city center but well communicated with public transport. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpful and friendly. From the ladies that clean every day the rooms to the receptionist. I would like to make a special mention to Farah, one of the receptionist that was very supportive in all our queries. Our stay was excellent, thank you very much

the staffs are very friendly and always prvide assiatance. Special thank to the guy at dining room/restaurant, he is very nice. the location is wonderful ... close to metro and bus stops and easy access to restaurants

The room is spacious with a good view but that's about it. There's not much of a service, the front desk lady was not helpful at all and was not welcoming. Amenities: 3 euros per slippers You would have to ask for water bottle at the front desk (normally 1 euro) They only have a 2-in-1 shampoo & body wash and a tiny bar of soap. The only service I received was during checkout. The male staff was helpful and even gave a little gift card upon check out. I would prefer the gift card to be given upon check in so I could've used the discount during my time there.

Our room was big, facilities are a bit old but everything works fine, nice and clean. Worth the money.

The cleanliness and Location of the hotel was good, located near train and bus stations, however it was odd that there was no air-conditioning and only had heater. The service was average as upon asking for room service, they cleaned everything except for the utensils. The amenities were average too as they did not top up the used amenities such as tissues, toothbrush, and their coffee was only for first day compliments. Overall the hotel was slightly above average.

Located 5 to 10 min from metro station. Near by food and shopping malls.

Great apartment, very clean and well kept. We had breakfast included which was excellent, really good choice in a buffet style and served to 10.30am. I've given a 3 for location only as we prefer to walk and see the city and it is around a 40 minute walk to the main sites, however the metro stop is 2 minutes away, taxis and buses are also two minutes so don't be put off. It is excellent for FC Barcelona being only 15 minute walk away.

Our room got upgraded with balcony but the room is really small. Location is good, near to both railway and subway and the reception service was very friendly. Overall it was a good stay with affordable price.
