Regarding the comment about the air conditioner in the room, it has been checked by our maintenance staff and it is working properly. We will continue to monitor in order to avoid possible new incidents in the air conditioning. As for the pool, the water values are taken twice a day as indicated by the current regulations and this is reflected in the sheet at the entrance. The rest of the customers continue to bathe without any problem as usual and without incident. We also regret that the dimensions were not as expected, it is a pool on a terrace in the Eixample and this means that the facilities may be more limited than expected. In reference to your comments about access to the room, it is only possible by magnetic key and all openings are registered in our system, and it is not possible to enter the rooms in any other way. The guest must ensure that they close the door properly when leaving. We encourage our customers to communicate possible incidents to reception as soon as possible in order to be able to provide an immediate solution.
