we checked in to see many live bugs coming out from a corner, it was so horrible so we immediately report to front desk and request to change the room. the madam with very rude attitude reluctant to change room, even not a word to apologise?!! after some negotiation, we was arranged to a even smaller room than which we booked for .. how come .. the few days in this hotel was a terrible experience, they have weird and not up to standard house keeping team, not filling up room essentials, not cleaning properly, not cleaning up rubbish … not to say having any service !! we definitely not recommending this hotel unless someone who wanna stay with live bugs all night long and don’t know if they bites or not !!

During my trip to Europe I came to Barcelona twice. And I stayed at the same hotel for both visits. The managers are really kind and the location is awesome and the room conditions are great. I will come here again next time.

Good location and good service easy to find and near subway

門關不起來，門有點裂縫 備品提供蠻齊全的 離聖家堂很近，地點也是非常方便 價格有點小高 充電usb空的每一個都是壞掉的 有點小小的不方便

非常方便的地理位置，酒店早餐味道超好 房間有一點小就是，但是交通便利，酒店對面就有公交車站，去景點方便

衞生情況很好，地理位置離聖家堂步行12分鐘！大廳裝飾非常摩登，還有橘子水喝，周圍好吃的很多！

位置很好，酒店很安靜。離聖家堂步行十二分鐘距離，離桂爾公園步行二十分鐘距離，離聖保羅十字醫院步行五分鐘距離。酒店工作人員友好熱情，值得五星好評！

非常喜歡這個酒店。出行方便，酒店前台服務人員和氣、樂意相助、有問必答！房間乾淨整潔明亮，還帶上了小冰箱，太開心了！早點更是喜歡🥰！花色品種齊全，補充足量不用等。總之很棒的感覺！

去酒店的路上全是爬坡，強烈推薦打車～前台服務人員因人而異，有的小哥非常熱情，有的小哥非常冷淡，而且歐洲人獨有淡定

比較滿意，房間不大，卻很安靜，出行可以考慮Bolt下面E-bike模塊，小助力自行車很方便，市區內很任性騎，注意單次累計10km,會自動停，還車必須停在有自行車標誌的P，必要時需要拍照上傳，避免扣違停費用。

酒店比較新，也比較時尚，早餐挺豐富的，尤其有自己的停車庫，很不錯，值得推薦！

房間很乾凈舒適，相對來説已經不算小了，早餐豐富，服務及時。位置還可以，離地鐵有500米左右吧。總的來説舒適挺不錯的。哦房間隔音極好。

早餐合我口味，尤其係水果，不同種類都非常甜美可口 地點近聖家堂，出入地鐵站10分鐘，附近有好多食肆，適合一家大小旅行

環境很好，酒店所在位置也比較安靜，周圍基本都是住宅區，離聖家堂走路15mins非常方便
