First of all, we welcome all types of travelers at Twentytú, from families to groups of students, athletes and backpackers, so we always try to create the best atmosphere for all our guests to be comfortable and feel at home, in a quiet and familiar environment. Therefore, it’s important that the conduct and behavior of all guests is correct and civilized, these clauses are well marked on arrival and is reflected in our rules for groups, which is signed by the teachers. So, if it’s important respect the rest of the other guests, and from 22h we consider it’s time to be relax because people was visiting the city during the day and they need to sleep. About the deposit for the keys, we don't understand your complaint, this is very common. In order to keep the keys, we ask for a deposit of 10€ per key, which we return at check-out. This way, we make sure that no one loses or breaks the key. Twentytú is classified as a Hostel, we are not a Hotel, so in this kind of accommodation the towels and the amenities are not included in everywhere. The Hostels don't include the same than the Hotels. So, you cannot claim for services that are not included, and you have the service information that we include in our website. However, you can rent the towel and you can buy the amenities in our 24 hour reception for a good price. In addition, we offer free hairdryers in our reception, you only have to ask us, we work all the day. As a sustainable and eco Hostel, we work to contribute for the environment and we use the latest technology to take care of the environment. So the, bathroom light have a timer system of few minutes because we consider it’s necessary to use the light in a good way. Therefore we give importance to the responsible use of the consumption of all resources, in this case water, one of the most necessary goods for the survival of human beings and which is becoming increasingly scarce. Currently, climate change has caused different impacts on the water cycle, which is why there are many droughts, melting glaciers, rising sea levels, and changes in rainfall and snowfall. These impacts depend on the uses that humans make of water, since we consume more water than we can afford, for example, during a shower we use an average of 15-20 liters per minute, which is equivalent to the same amount that a person drinks in 50 days. Therefore, we consider that with the timer of our showers we make a good use of water consumption and, thus, we contribute to the planet to conserve as much water as possible. As we point out in the group rules, upon your arrival we inform you that you can not eat in the rooms, as this can cause pests in all the rooms and we want all our guests to be comfortable and in good conditions. In addition, we have a very large dining room and a large terrace where you can eat whatever you want. We regret you have this opinion about us, in Twentytú Hostel we work every day to offer the best services to make our guests feel at home and comfortable. First of all, we aren't a Hotel, we are a Hostel and we offer the services included in this kind of accommodation. So, the towels never are included in Hostels, and we consider we offer the towel service very cheap in our 24 hour reception. The telephone is a service not included in the rooms of Hostels, but in every floor there are one telephone just in case you need to call us. Ours rooms are thought only to sleep and to use the private bathroom and showers. We consider there are enough space for the basic needs, and it has different lockers to keep your luggage. However, in Twentytú Hostel we have big common areas where you can do a lot of things and live nice moments. The beds have passed different quality controls, we’re sorry you didn’t like it, but it depends on every people, we can't match everyone's comfort and liking. About the light timer, in Twentytú Hostel we have a sustainable technology systems installed to use the resources in a good way. So, we consider it’s necessary to respect the rest of the guests, so at 0.00h it’s time to relax until 08.00am, but in the rooms there are lights on the wall that there are on all night. The same happens with the bathroom and shower lights, it’s open all day. The same happen with the temperature, our domotic system allows to control all the temperature of all the areas in Twentytú. In this case, all the rooms are in the same temperature, but we can change it if you request it. In every room there are sleeping different people with differents own temperatures. So, if everybody is changing the temperature this is not a good way to use the air conditioning and our values are based on optimizing resources to the maximum in order to make the best possible use of our resources. Our rooms have a soundproofing system. The walls have double plasterboard, which contains a noise insulating material. But it’s impossible to avoid all sounds, the same thing happens in all the accommodations in Barcelona. In Twentytú our values are based on offer the best services always in the sustainable way. It is not about economics, it is about being responsible with the planet, with the environment and with human beings themselves. Finally, we offer water from the kitchen, is potable and the quality is good. But if you prefer bottled water we have a vending machine to buy it. So, we don’t understand your complain. Siamo lieti di leggere che avete trascorso un buon soggiorno con noi e che avete apprezzato la nostra buona posizione e i nostri servizi, al Twentytú ogni giorno facciamo del nostro meglio per creare la migliore atmosfera affinché i nostri ospiti si sentano a casa. Le nostre camere sono progettate per riposare e utilizzare la doccia e il bagno privato, come le nostre aree comuni offrono un grande spazio per fare la vita lì. Il bagno in camera è separato dalla doccia perché riteniamo più pratico separarlo in modo che una persona possa usare il bagno e, allo stesso tempo, usare la doccia, senza dover condividere lo stesso spazio e, quindi, offriamo maggiore privacy. Quindi sono separate per una buona ragione. Twentytú è classificato come ostello, quindi offre i servizi che sono inclusi negli ostelli. Pertanto, gli asciugamani non sono inclusi negli ostelli, non siamo un hotel, ma è possibile acquistarli presso la nostra reception aperta 24 ore su 24 a un buon prezzo. C'est un plaisir pour nous d'accueillir des groupes d'étudiants comme vous, nous aimons vous faire sentir comme chez vous et vous offrir le meilleur de nous-mêmes :) Nous sommes désolés pour le problème des verres, nous avons des couverts et des verres supplémentaires au cas où il n'y en aurait pas assez dans la cuisine, à notre réception 24 heures sur 24, nous vous aiderons pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin à tout moment, n'hésitez pas à venir nous demander la prochaine fois. Nos matelas ont passé plusieurs contrôles de qualité, mais c'est une question de goût, il y a des gens qui les aiment plus durs et d'autres qui les aiment plus doux. Il vostro attacco alla nostra tecnologia, che viene utilizzata per buone azioni sostenibili, suggerisce che avete frainteso i benefici che apportiamo al pianeta e alla società. Ci dispiace per le lenzuola, ma dubitiamo che fossero maleodoranti, poiché vengono inviate a una lavanderia speciale per la pulizia e le abbiamo ricevute pulite e profumate. Al Twentytú Hostel lavoriamo 24 ore su 24 e siamo sempre disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi problema e per noi è importante che vi sentiate a vostro agio e a casa vostra. Tuttavia, il Twentytú Hostel non è un ostello per feste e abbiamo una serie di regole per il buon comportamento di tutti, affinché ci sia una buona convivenza tra tutti gli ospiti. Pertanto, non tolleriamo comportamenti scorretti o illegali. Al momento del check-in informiamo tutti i capigruppo delle nostre regole. Se queste regole non vengono rispettate, sono previste diverse multe che il gruppo dovrà pagare. Le nostre camere sono pensate per dormire e utilizzare il bagno privato e la doccia, mentre abbiamo ampi spazi comuni con molti servizi, come la cucina, la sala da pranzo, i divani e la terrazza. Le nostre camere sono pensate per dormire e utilizzare il bagno e la doccia privata, così come abbiamo ampi spazi comuni dove poter vivere nuove esperienze e conoscere persone. Il nostro team di pulizia pulisce tutte le camere e le aree comuni ogni giorno, non capiamo perché ci descriviate come un ostello sporco. Inoltre, qualsiasi problema possa verificarsi può essere risolto presso la nostra reception aperta 24 ore su 24. Per regolamento e per rispettare il resto dei nostri ospiti e dei nostri vicini, le nostre aree comuni chiudono alle 23, poiché non possiamo restare aperti più tardi, non ci è permesso, non è il nostro mestiere.
