Great apartment. Great service and amazing location. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. One with a king bed and one with two double twin beds for the kids. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped and dinning and living area. All super clean and nicely furnished and kept. Location is right next to nice city attractions such as Casa Batlo and La Pedrera. Highly recommend

We had the perfect week in Majestic residence. The apartment is huge and well maintained. Location is fantastic. Service by Majestic hotel staff was superb. Kitchen was well equipped. We did have to pay extra for maid services but it was worth it.

vi scrivo direttamente dal residence majestic. nota positiva: è pulito. su questo nulla da dire. note negative: l'edificio è vecchio di non so quanti anni. gli appartamenti sono a dir poco spartani, con solo l'essenziale, ma tenuto in condizioni pietose. staremo qui per una settimana ma già ci siamo resi conto del tipo di struttura. è sicuramente un residence che lavora pochi mesi l'anno, ma questo non giustifica il suo squallore. grandi problemi di insonorizzazione. si sentono perfino gli starnuti dell'altra ala dell'edificio. ieri sera ho sentito i vicini che si davano la buonanotte. quindi dormire è un'utopia. il mio consiglio è che se avete spirito di adattamento e tanto il residence vi serve solo per dormire, allora procedete ma con cautela. in tutti gli altri casi lasciate perdere. penso di non aver mai soggiornato in un luogo del genere. affacciandoti al balcone puoi vedere muri rovinati, ammuffiti, sporcizia al pianterreno. io non ho sinceramente spirito di adattamento, ma qui il giudizio è oggettivo! spero di esservi stato di aiuto.

Vorrei tranquillizzare tutti coloro che hanno intenzione di soggiornare a Scalea,in particolar modo nel residence sopra citato.Ho soggiornatonel residence nel mese di giugno,vorrei portare come esempio la mia esperienza,che reputo abbastanza soddisfacente.L'appartamento assegnatomi presentava certamente qualche mancanza ,riscontrata anche in altri luoghi di villeggiatura,ma non tanto gravi come presentate dalla recensione precedente e non tali da impedirmi una piacevole vacanza. Detto ciò,la ragione che mi ha spinto a scrivere questa recensione è di impedire una pubblicità così esageratamente negativa ad una località e ad una struttura che non la merita.

Il residence è stato ristrutturato,c'è il cancello elettrico,hanno asfaltato il parcheggio,e soprattutto hanno ritindeggiato gli appartamenti e inserito nuovi divani letto.Il grande vantaggio del residence è la sua posizione centralissima,in cinque minuti si raggiungono tutti i servizi,market,centro,stazione ferroviaria.Mi sono trovato veramente benissimo.Lo consiglio
