H10 Metropolitan

This hotel has an excellent location, very central and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The front desk is also very good, the people there were very friendly and helpful. The room is a little too small for us, but its manageable. Our big complaint is really just the awful housekeeping. They keep replacing our toilet paper with half/used rolls (it would really be very unhygienic if this was from another guest room)?! On our last day, one of the coffee cups was missing, and they gave us only one water. The worst part was after unrolling our bath towel, a clump of hair was inside (see pic). Lastly, while we were waiting for the elevator, we saw housekeeping open a door of a different room even though there was a "Do not disturb" sign. We actually saw a shocked guest that did not have a shirt on. H10 should really look into improving their housekeeping.

Daha önceki B****lona seyahatimi La Rambla üzerinde bir otel ayarlamıştım. . Meşhur cadde olduğu için Her an binlerce insanın içinde 3 gün yaşadık. Rezaletti. Bu kez H10 oteli seçtik. Konum çok güzel. Cadde üzerinde onlarca dünya markası. Restoranlara yürüyerek bile çok yakındı. Lobby ve havuzlu cafe sinde oturmak çok hoştu. (. Bir çok otelin açık alanı maalesef yok. ) Otele gelince hemen odanıza çıkmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Temizlik, personel kalitesi, 20 m2 lik oda büyüklüğü, nespresso, her gün su ve ses izolasyonu ve her müzeye yürüyerek ulaşmak mükemmel idi. Karşılama şampanya ile olması ayrıca hoştu. Bir daha gelirsek kesin tercihimiz olacaktır.

방이 생각보다 좁아서 조금 당황하긴 했지만 그래도 좋았습니다! 깨끗하고 친절하신 직원들도 좋았고 조식도 맛있었어요 다만 조식이 좀 비싸요
