ROOM WAS TOO COLD. AIR CONDITION WASN’T WORK. RECEPTIONISTS ARE NOT FRIENDLY.

I stayed in a room with a balcony, which was a nice feature. However, it seems that only three rooms in the entire hotel have balconies, and they all faced the back side of the hotel instead of the main street as I had expected. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious and clean, and the water flow in the bathroom was strong. However, the drain seemed to be a bit slow, which made it take longer for the water to fully drain. One disappointment was that the housekeeping staff didn't refill the water and tissue in the room. However, when I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were kind and promptly provided replacements. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is conveniently close to the main shopping street and the underground train station.
