Great choice in Barcelona for family travel 1. The service is great no matter the basic needs or special request. The hotel prepared the special card for our wedding anniversary trip and sweet candies. 2. The room is well designed for the family trip. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. 3. The location is great and near to the most of sightseeing points.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. it's located very close to transportation with access to all the places a tourist needs to go. The reception are very friendly and helpful. There are only a few negative points in our room was no windows to open or a ventilation, and there was no cold water on the faucet. We told reception about hot water, and they sent someone but they couldn't fix it.

The room was very clean, with disposable slippers, and someone came to clean it every day. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and recommended suitable attractions and restaurants to us. The most surprising thing was that you could play music in the room, so you could listen to music while taking a shower.

They should up their housekeeping services, initially placed in a room with very stinky fridge and moved to what seemed at first better but the sink and shower were moldy. The room we were transferred to was also noisy from the sound of the streets. The staff were nice and helpful nonetheless.

Located near Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. A lot of restaurants nearby the hotel and the zone is quite safe. However, the hardware of the hotel still needs improvement.

Everything is good, especially the speakers in the room. I very like the concept of music showering. The location also is good, close to the Gràcia Avenue which easy to shopping. I hope in the official website can provide the email address of hotel, but I was very lucky to keep the card holder to get the contact to hotel to keep my leave CD. I will choose next time

There was no hot water at night during the stay. The problem was not resolved until check-out, staff had no alternative and did not consider it the hotel's responsibility. Emailed complaint to hotel director, surprisingly no feedback. The staff gave a 10% discount towards the next stay. That's interesting, who would want to stay there again?

我們一家三口預訂的三人間， 接待很熱情，周圍也有不錯不的餐廳，打車方便，去主要景點也方便。 衹是床頭背後就是浴室，還用的玻璃隔斷，所以床頭有一點潮濕的味道。空調工作起來有點吵。其他都還可以接受。 總體來説，住一兩天還是可以的。

前台小哥學過中文，很可愛很棒，房間雖然擠但也還可以，住了兩晚，第一晚回去的時候發現睡衣被隨意仍在地上，弄很臟；還有一塊新補的浴巾竟然是直接堆一堆扔對着門口的浴室地板上，unbelievable, 若不是看在前台的友好接待絕對給差評並投訴！

房間不大，但非常整潔温馨，衞生非常乾淨，早餐衹有13歐，就可以感到西班牙風味，離景點很近方便，酒店旁邊就有一家網紅餐廳，味道很美味

位置還可以，但是注意這不是萬豪集團的，而且出現過一次意外，有其他客人進了房間，酒店給的答覆和對客人安撫也一般

這個酒店地理位置蠻好的，很安全。 前台小哥非常給力，給我們做了個免費升房，我感覺應該比我之前定的要大一些。 廁所是乾濕分離的，我覺得蠻好的，酒店包括房間內整體衞生都不錯。（房間內提供有電熨斗！） 哦對了，這家酒店大門和電梯都難得的有門禁卡，感覺安心了不少。

和朋友一起去巴塞隆拿旅遊住了一晚上，各方面都非常滿意，地理位置優越，火車站下來5號地鐵坐3站下來走300米就到了，服務人員和藹可親，房間衞生搞的很乾凈，下次去巴塞隆拿還住她們家！

房間很小，行李箱都無處放。早餐種類少，且連住三天每天都相同，服務員並不熱情。 優點是地點非常好，隔音非常好，床品非常好！
