The structure presented by us is located in a strategic position, with a wonderful view of the Abbey of Badia a Passignano and the Chianti hills. Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 25.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Cook on request. 1 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Tavarnelle Val di Pesa 10 km, Barberino Val D'Elsa 12 km, Greve in Chianti 16 km, Castellina in Chianti 20 km, Radda in Chianti 21 km, San Gimingnano 32 km. We had the slightly separate accommodation with a terrace facing west and a great view of the landscape and the sunset. There we had more to ourselves and didn't have to keep our children in check so much. The accommodation is well equipped. Only the door

Krásná lokalita na odlehlém místě, mimo bláznivý turismus, přesto v dosažitelné vzdálenosti od atraktivních památek a oblíbených cílů. Nádherný výhled z terasy.Negativní pouze rušivé zvuky z vyššího patra.

Wir waren mit E- MTB unterwegs. Dafür war die Lage perfekt. Mit dem Auto fährt man den letzten Kilometer über Schotter.Den Sonnenaufgang kann man perfekt von der Terrasse genießen.
