Semuanya best-best! 2.30pm arrived Mula dari welcome drinks. Checkin-in yang smooth, terus dapat kunci. 1st day terus pegi mandi swimming pool, as our kids nak sangat2 pegi mandi terus. Level 3, infinity pool. Manakala kids pool at lvl 1. Senang ke private beach. Bersih! Cantik! Sementara menunggu malam, kami beli jajan lokcing di hujung pantai (penjual melayu). Bath tub sangat spacious! Our room memang requested SEAVIEW. Luas pulak tu. Malam keluar makan, ke restoran steamboat Mr.Boat. Hari kedua, breakfast memandangkan kami 2 adult, we purchased for additional 3kids breakfast. (30perkid) MashaAllah, dari western,Mediterranean & malay cuisine pun ada. Kids section for food pun ada. Drinks from coffee to booster drinks memang tip top. *************! Untuk island hoping kami book di perkampungan nelayan, dan minta boat pick us up at the hotel beach. Sangat bagus, boleh elak dari kereta berpasir. Seharian la bertahan coz we enjoy the food so much! Malam ke bukit bendera, view lampu2 cantik! Esoknya check out awal. Terima kasih angsana hotel. Oh ya breakfast for last day, still sedap dan banyak pilihan. 🥰🥰 will definitely repeat. Lepas ni maybe lepak dalam hotel jela, Sbb everything dah siap ada inside the hotel 😆😆.

Beautiful view of the beach. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet served variety of foods. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Having a great time with my wife at Angsana Teluk Bahang. They provided us with the highest floor and also some decorations and cake for our honeymoon. It's great to have complimentary mini bar, but it will be better if can add on 1 or 2 tin of alcoholic drinks. There is a Fire Hunter show on Saturday night, which is really impressive.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in so far. I will definitely stay here again. Comfortable and clean room. Beautiful and interesting view. Awesome facilities. Please stay here if you come to Batu Feringghi, Penang. I give 1000 stars 🌟✨

Staffs are great, helpful and considerate, however the hotel management has designed the hotel wrongly, left only 1 toilet for entire ground floor, another toilet on the other wing will be closed after 6pm,and they have nice big lobby but with only 1 fan, leaving other part of the lobby very warm. And this area is very hot and humid, once you open the room door there is a heat wave that makes you don't feel of going anywhere. While gym open 24 hrs the toilet near to gym close after 10pm so as lighting from gym to lobby, and no aircond in restaurant during breakfast, guest will be eating and sweating. Please don't be so stingy, put aircond, after all you are not a cheap hotel!!!

The environment is very good. The room is large. There are many choices and delicious breakfast. The most important thing is that there is also a food area for children.

Overall a wonderful one night stay. Not much to do at surrounding Teluk Bahang area. The facilities in the hotel are well maintained. From outside it looked a bit dilapidated but inside all is okay. One thing that can be improved upon is the room’s sound insulation. At nighttime we can hear sounds of motorcycles as the door faces the main road. Nevertheless if you are tired I think it doesn’t matter. You still can get a good night sleep. The bed is a little bit too soft for my preference but still good. And kudos to the team for a lovely surprise in the room as well. Truly made our day!

Beautiful resort, fairly new & well-maintained. Love the big comfy rooms & the bathtub. Nice pool, glad they allow only adults in the infinity pool. Breakfast was 7/10, not as much variety as I would have expected from a resort of this ranking

Everything is good except the receptionist at the lobby is a bit blur, check in and check out not so smooth. Other than that is perfect! There’s a watersport nearby the hotel and rent a boat to Monkey beach

Been the third time here. Feel like home whenever we came. Service is tip top and the in room dining is delicious as well. The breakfast is as usual the best

Majority part of the building is exposed to the natural hence the cleanliness needs to be managed with lot more effort, lots of additional effort by the team for sure. However staff is very friendly, especially the House Keeping team and food is delicious overall.

Hotel located near escape park Penang, they provide warm service  All of their room facing sea, clean and spacious. Welcome drinks provided. Turn down service available as well  Breakfast were good  Variety of choices  Staff greet us with a big smile

We arrived before 3 PM, and the staff assisted with registration, promising a WhatsApp update for room card collection. However, by 3 PM, we had to requeue due to a delay. The hotel offered a refreshing welcome drink, and our spacious sea-view room was peaceful. Housekeeping was attentive, and room service was excellent. Breakfast featured assorted pastries, a kids’ corner, and a vegetarian station, but it’s best to go early as queues form by 9 AM. The hotel also provides a shuttle to Prangin Mall and Ferringhi Walk, adding to a pleasant and convenient stay.

The Resort serve customer very well n profesional. The best part of the stay is buffet breakfast. Alot of choices. The room need to concern about cleaniness near table bedsite bit dusty. Overall five stars for the stay. 😊
