A must visit at Gulmarg. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The view was surreal. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset. The ambience was cozy and the rooms were well furnished and clean. A variety of food items were available and the food was scrumptious. We enjoyed the deserts especially custard and ice cream. The staff was friendly and helpful..

Very excellent hotel staff. We visited with 12 of our family members and the staff were very hospitable towards them. They even arranged cake for my aunt's anniversary. Special mention to Mr Aijaz, Mr sahil, Mr Amir, Mr Asif, Chef Azhar and Chef Muzaffar.

I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary at Royal Park Hotel, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. Jeelani Shah at the front office welcomed us warmly and ensured every detail was perfect. Chef Sahil crafted a delightful anniversary dinner, with dishes that were not only delicious but beautifully presented. The housekeeping team, led by Sahil, made our room feel cozy and immaculate, adding special anniversary touches that made us feel cherished. The Food & Beverages staff provided exceptional service, making the evening seamless and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our special day so memorable. Highly recommended!

In November 2024 I stayed at Royal Park Gulmarg. Where I interacted with Mr. Amir Rashid. I was so impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Mr. Aamir Rashid. He took a little bit time to understand my needs and provided me with exactly what I want. Mr. Aamir Rashid went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the room was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel." Remember, the best reviews are specific, honest, and helpful.

This place faces the Gandola Mountains, Shiv Temple, and Golf Course. It's centrally located in Gulmarg, offering a breathtaking view of the entire mountain range. We visited during March, the snow view was awesome. The restaurant team was courteous and cooperative; they even tweaked their food preparation to suit our South Indian taste buds. Sahil took care of us during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and was extremely helpful. We were even treated to a special Kehwa. I highly recommend this place for its big rooms, but suggest a minor makeover for the rooms. Kudos to Sahil and the entire hotel staff!"

Experience at Royal Park Hotel (Gulmarg) was excellent and memorable. The reception staff was courteous and welcoming and room check-in process was swift and hasselfree and we were offered Kashmiri Khawa as welcome drink. Room offered was cosy and beautiful with necessary facilities such as Heater and 24 hrs warm water supply. The Room service staff such as Tanveer and his collegues were co-operative, prompt and helpful. Restaurant / dining area was spacious and breakfast and dinner was tasty with good variety of food options. Restaurant staff such as Sahil and his collegues were prompt and serving food with smile and were always helpful. I am thankful to Royal Park for offering an upgrade to large Family room which was extra spacious, beautiful and offered best views with three large windows.

It was an excellent experience with being a part of royal park with JEELANI SHAH as we have luxurious rooms and we were so happy with that I am a tourist and the views which was gorgeous with the very respectful services of the people we are very happy for them

VERY NICE SERVICE , VERY GOOD PROPERTY. MANAGER JEELANI IS VERY COOPERATIVE AND HELPFUL FOR CUSTOMERS. OUR JACKET WAS LOST , HE CALLED PERSONALLY AND TRACED THE DRIVER. Food is delicious and cooperative staff I recommend this hotel to everyone.
