10/10 would stay here again. Everything was perfect: the charm of the Inn and gardens, the front lawn with live music and bar everyday, the location, and the service. Top notch on every level!

Convenient location to anything your heart desires, ample parking behind the Inn and most gracious hostesses. Only things that I would improve are the sheet and pillowcase quality. The duvet was so much more pleasant.

The location was great. However, the shower was really small with a shower head that couldn’t spray down, hitting only the side wall, making it hard to clean your entire body wasting too much water. (A handheld shower head would have been great.) The room was filled by my one suitcase. It's a good choice if you only use the room for sleeping, but the off season price was too high for a room this size, even considering the Bar Harbor premium.

I rarely review but must say WOW to this manor. Excellent room and bath. Beautiful woodwork in the common areas. Free electricity for plug in vehicles (back in). Best location in town for restaurants, shops, greens. Friendly staff. As a bonus they were having a lawn party when we got there (more of a yearly thing than in my honor I suppose).

Beautiful Inn in the perfect location in Bar Harbor. Our room and bed were great. Bonus is the fun front lawn with firepits, music and drinks. It was perfect for us after hiking at Acadia NP then relaxing in the evening.

We came to town for business, yet the Ivy Manor felt so much like home, it made work not seem so much like work. We will definitely be back!!

This place met beyond expectations. The last night we were there they usually turn off the fire pit at 10 o’clock. My wife and I got to the fire pit at 9:55 p.m. to seat around the fire with a glass if wine. And the girl at the front desk named Danielyah did not turn off the fire pit on us and did not even come out and interrupt our great time. We ended up staying out there to about 10:30 PM and then we left as we were walking back to our room. we then saw her go outside to turn off the fire pit. It was so great to have that type of service from the minute. We got there to the minute. We left excellent service A highly recommend.
