前台的經理很棒服務，深夜的前台服務也很好。
晚安糖水（大堂自取）:有糖水，很可愛

房間很可愛，太空的，小朋友很喜歡～
早餐也很多種類，比較難的是，不知道為什麼這家酒店比旁邊美輪美奐人少的樣子～～
這裏離博物館很近、很適合週末帶孩子來保定

.住過不少酒店，基本都不做評論，但是這家真的讓我想誇！位置特別好，周邊全是餐館（保定特色安家罩餅，史記腰花，驢肉火燒）和便利店（羅森，喜上喜，四季家），下樓就能買吃的。房間比圖片看着還舒服，床墊軟硬適中，窗簾一拉睡得特別踏實。每天回屋都像新打掃過一樣，連洗手枱縫隙都乾乾淨淨的。前台小哥特別熱心腸，幫忙收快遞還主動指路周邊景點，也可以掃一下二維碼有各個景點詳細介紹。最貼心的是房間帶洗衣機烘乾機，出差的幾套衣服輪着穿完全夠用！退房還送了伴手禮。這個價位能住到帶廚房、有服務、地段又方便的地方，必須五星推薦！來杯咖啡出發☕

此次入住馨樂庭公寓酒店非常滿意！服務貼心周到，前台熱情高效，遇到需求響應迅速，工作人員主動提供周邊攻略，細節處處彰顯用心。衞生無可挑剔，房間整潔明亮，床品潔凈柔軟，浴室乾濕分離無死角，每日清潔細緻到位。設施一應俱全：廚房配備智能家電，辦公區寬敞安靜，健身房器材實用，洗衣房便捷省心，高速網絡流暢穩定。無論是長住或短途，這裏都能兼顧舒適與便利，性價比極高，強烈推薦！

在深圳園馨樂庭住了半個月，真心覺得這地方特別實在！屋裡洗衣機、冰箱、電磁爐全配齊了，自己煮個麪條、燙個衣服特方便。保潔大姐每天來收拾衞生，連馬桶都給你刷得鋥亮。樓下就是羅森便利店，半夜買關東煮都不用出樓門，特色驢肉火燒樓下也能吃的到！ 裝修簡約時尚：插座滿牆都是（再也不怕搶插頭），桌子大到能攤開三台電腦，衣櫃裏還藏着保險箱。浴室乾濕分離做得賊好，花灑水壓大得能沖走加班怨氣！ 健身房設備齊全，跑步機對着大玻璃窗，邊跑邊看園區夜景挺帶勁。前台服務熱情周到，叫外賣機器人送到房間很方便。整體非常NICE ，推薦！

在這次旅行中，我選擇了住馨樂庭公寓酒店，非常讓我滿意的選擇。首先員工很Nice，非常熱情的幫我提行李並介紹了周邊美食和景點。房間設施很全，洗衣機，冰箱，微波爐，還有電磁灶台，床品很舒服，衞生也很乾凈。晚間還有入住水果送到房間，真的是很貼心。再説一下早餐，早餐品種很多，居然還有牛肉湯河粉，清燉排骨，回鍋肉，真的對我這個肉食主義者太友善了。（已經做完空腹有氧，HH）總的來説這是一家非常值得體驗的酒店，下次還會再來並推薦給朋友。

經常出差，在上海入住過幾次這個品牌，驚喜的是在保定居然也有毫不猶豫就選擇了，説一下入住感受吧：1、 整體還是品牌一貫的“居家式旅居”理念，裝修現代簡約，配備獨立廚房、洗烘一體機及高品質家電，很適合我這種長期居住或家庭出行；2、公共區域還設有24小時健身房、自助洗衣房等設施，兼顧生活便利與健康需求，細節之處盡顯人性化考量；3、酒店團隊專業熱情，從前台接待到客房服務均高效周到；4、這家酒店的位置距離高鐵還比較友好車程10來分鐘，樓下各種餐飲館子、羅森便利店吃飯購物非常方便；5、早餐還是比較豐富能吃到保定特色的綠火和牛肉罩餅。無論是短期差旅還是中長期駐留，馨樂庭品牌都當之無愧了，北方城市這種形式的酒店還是比較少見的，但是也是相當符合差旅趨勢的，完善的設施、細膩的服務，重新定義了酒店的服務標準，更讓每位賓客感受到“家外之家”的温暖與自在。
