Superb location for business travellers in Bangkok. The staff is very welcoming and overall a very spacious, clean and well maintained hotel. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and delicious. Very much recommended.

Nice hotel near the shopping mall and nice food everywhere.

hotel location is nice. but the cleanliness is the worst among all the hotel i stayed. bathroom is mould mark everywhere. I can't stay with it also after we raise our concern to the hotel no action taken . very disappointed with the hospitality can you imagine we are stay in this 5 stars hotel with this kind of cleaniless

My stay at Hilton Hotel was absolutely phenomenal—10/10 in every way! A huge thank you to the exceptional Duty Manager, Miss Atchariya Sithisarn, and her outstanding team for making my stay truly unforgettable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel so special. This was easily my one of my best hotel experience in Bangkok, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a hotel that sets the gold standard, Hilton Hotel is it!!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, and it is about 5 minutes walk to BTS, as well as to major shopping centers such as Emquarter and Emporium. There is a new mall that opened late last year called Emsphere worth visiting as well.

This was not my standard Hilton’s experience in terms of the customer services at the hotel as I’m surprised the front desk staff refused to provide me a bottle of water when checking out. Room is clean but it’s time for renovations.
