Personalets service er meget god, generelt meget behagelig Men hotellet er åbenbart ikke klar endnu, mange steder er stadig under renovering Vandet i badekarret er ikke rent, det bliver lidt gult, uanset hvordan det tændes Men jeg er meget taknemmelig over for hotellets personale for aktivt at håndtere miljøet, og jeg tror på, at det bliver et hotel af meget høj kvalitet, når alt arbejdet er afsluttet.

Placeringen er ikke for bekvem, det tager 20 minutter at gå til den nærmeste BTS-station. Selvom hotellet har en shuttlebus, kører den kun én gang i timen. Værelset er rent og stort nok, og udsigten er gennemsnitlig. Hotellets personales serviceattitude er super god. At bede en medarbejder om at bestille en taxa inden afrejse er endnu nemmere end at bruge grab.

Faciliteter: Værelset er meget rummeligt! Udsmykningen er meget tankevækkende. Swimmingpoolen er meget stor. Hygiejne: Hotellet er meget nyt, så det er meget rent Service: Servicen er god.

Tjenerens holdning er meget god, hensynsfuld, ren og ryddelig, og prisen er overkommelig.Der er mange restauranter rundt omkring, herunder McDonald's og Big C

Alle tjenerne er meget venlige og opmærksomme, tak maden er ok Hotellet ligger lidt langt fra BTS, heldigvis er der en shuttle, men der er ingen fast tidsplan Da hotellet er nyt, vil det tage noget tid at komme på banen, men generelt er det godt

Super great experienced of staying in valia hotel. Great service! Great free buffet in the morning with lots of food to choose from. Plus free chocolate sweets everyday for 1hr started at 3pm. Swimming pool is awesome. The room is 5star The only thing we wish the hotel to have is a sauna! 😊 but over all its a great stay! Look for mr.koko in the Lobby area, he will serve u with great excellence, and wil make ur stay more convenient. U can ask him anything u want around. Hes a big help to us and offered some free transport service for guest who really needs help like where to exchange money. We save money for transpo and we get back safe. He didnt ask for payment but he deserves a tip for great service. Any tip can do good guys. Lets appreciate them.

The hotel may not be located close to BTS or MRT, it does have a shuttle service to Phrom Phong BTS station (between 15 mins to 30 mins depending peak hours) which was very convenient. Walking to Queen Sirikit Convention Centre MRT station is about 10 to 15 mins walk. The rooms that we stared in is big (Family room). 1 King size and 1 Super Single beds. Very spacious with a lounge area. 2 TVs (1 in beds area and the other at the lounge area). Staff was polite and friendly.

Good hotel, the first room we got was in the other building and was spacious, bathroom was modern. However the second room we got was a more expensive room type (the deluxe suite twin) which was in the main building, but that room felt much smaller than the first room despite the website stating it is larger. It felt very misleading and disappointing to pay a lot more for a worse room. We also got some issues with the shower door that were not fixed but the hotel gave us a late checkout as compensation. Otherwise location is close to the Emsphere area and there's a free shuttle bus that takes you to Emporium only.

Always stay here for my Bangkok trip as it is near the hospital that i wanted to visit. Room is clean as usual and staffs were polite and welcoming. I will stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Location is very far from BTS, it very troublesome to take shuttle car to station. Stayed at the main wing. My friends were staying the other wing (across the road). There will be a staff assisting you to cross the road (I find him very hard working and really ensure your safety while crossing the road). The bed is very comfortable and toilet (shower area) is big. Everything is good just that I don't like the location.

Love Valia Hotel...The lobby was posh and aircon was superb... check in staff were friendly and accomodating - managed to check in at around 12pm and staff arrange for 'birthday cake' for my Wife eventhough i never request for it. Room was super spacious with nice tub and strong shower jet... there's free tuk tuk to nearest mall and massage outlet / Big C / starbucks nearby... breakfast spread was reasonable n tasty.
