The hotel has a great feel and atmosphere the moment you approach from the front to the lobby, the reception desk, the elevators and hallways and the room is great. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had pressure and hot water. The pool is nice and quaint. There is plenty of staff available at all times to assist you. They helped several times with getting transportation to various areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Neat room. Perfect when you don’t have to spend a lot of time at the hotel. Great location. Convenient for tourists as located near excellent restaurants.

This was my second stay at the hotel. Biggest disappointment was the slow water drainage for both shower & basin sink which existed during my initial visit (never was attended to). Also, consideration to increase complimentary from one to two should be considered.

Great for business travel. Hotel was undergoing upgrading but no disruptions. Great service.

Have been staying at Aloft Hotel many times. Currently the Lobby and Entrance are under renovation works.  Recommendation to the manager ia to improve windows treatment - there’s too much lighting coming inside the room.  Myself sleeping/resrting with too much in the room is very difficult!

Good as always. Friendly staff and quiet room. Located on Sukhumvit 11 where you can find food and convenience stores, as well as bars and pharmacy. Within walking distance to BTS as well.

Located in the heart of Bangkok nightlife and food. Near to Nana BTS Station, just 2 stations from Central World and Emporium. Good value for money for the large room you get.

Best hotel in soi 11 sukhumvit. Breakfast is very good. Staffr are very friendly and helpful. Clean and well decorated rooms. Nice hotel.

A bit pricey for the location and overall staying experience. Don’t recommend for leisure or transition. Better consider others nearer to BTS
