Great location and service. Booked this place mainly to have a washing machine in a hotel and best decision ever. Breakfast is included daily from 6AM-10AM, nothing fancy but a good spread. The hotel tuktuk can drop us at the nearest BTS or Central Embassy Mall. Beds were firm and comfortable with daily housekeeping. Highly recommended! Only downside is the shower head was a bit dirty but it’s a minor issue. Otherwise perfect stay.

Came holiday with my girlfriend and stay in Arcadia Suites Bangkok. Hotel is clean and good. Location wise is near to city. Great breakfast but limited options. Amenities is good but can be better. There is no hand soap provided. Will stay here again in future.

Hotel is good. There is washing machine inside the room and microwave. Best when you can wash your dirty laundry daily and microwave all the foods you have brought from 7 eleven. But the air con is very very cold! Location is ok. You can ask hotel tuk tuk to send you to the nearest bts or central embassy.

Convenient location with complimentary tuk-tuk service (or a 20-minute walk to Central World). The room is huge and has a great view facing the swimming pool. Read the review so I brought a bit of laundry powder for the in-room washer and asked for a drying rack beforehand. The A/C was a bit too strong in the living room so I switched it to fan mode. There's both a large bathtub and a shower to relax after a long day. The breakfast was a bit basic, so I only had it the morning I flew to Bali. Overall a fantastic deal at this rate and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Huge spacious studio 1 br unit with full kitchen and microwave and washer which is not really working. Aircon is real. And super cold. But tbh no nearby 711, no street food nothing at all. It's in a dark alley lane and to walk to main road about 6-8mins. Not convenient. I'm visiting bumrungrad Hospital that's why I stayed here but won't be back due to the lack of amenities nearby

Nice and safe place, even after the significant earthquake at 3/28/2025, property stay safe, and check immediately to make sure build is safe.

The room was very clean and everything’s working well. Only downside is they didn’t seem to come for any housekeeping so we ran out of water and they charge for it. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Not sure why the complaints about location, it’s easy to get around without being in the busiest streets.
