Our experience at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn was nothing short of perfect！The prime location, connected directly to BTS Surasak Station, made traveling around Bangkok effortless. We stayed in a spacious, immaculate room on the 31st floor with lounge access, offering breathtaking city views. The infinity pool was a serene escape with a stunning skyline backdrop. The Executive Lounge was a highlight— Ms Mind and her team delivered impeccable service with warmth and attention to detail. From the delicious daily breakfast to the all-day refreshments and evening happy hour (with free-flow drinks!), every moment felt special. The staff remembered our preferences and made us feel truly valued. A special mention to Gabbi, the concierge, whose expert recommendations and genuine hospitality elevated our trip. He ensured we had VIP treatment throughout our stay! Outstanding service, luxurious comfort, and unbeatable convenience — we can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Never such mixed opinions for a hotel. My first impressions of this hotel were outstanding- private checking in at the executive lounge, spacious and modern rooms, evening cocktail hours (5:30-7:30pm) at the executive lounge… but setbacks kept coming up as we stayed longer in this hotel. The UPSIDE: 1. Spacious executive room with a nice bathroom 2. Great variety for breakfast at the main restaurant 3. Yummy a la carte breakfast menu at the lounge 4. Complimentary laundry for executive rooms 5. Prompt services The DOWMSIDE: 1. Sockets are unstable, even with the charger I borrowed from housekeeping. On and off all the time. 2. Horrible and wobbly tables, from bedside tables to tables in the restaurant and lounge. Extremely irritating. 3. Came a little late (6:45pm) for the cocktail hour. One of the dishes looked like beef skewers but there were three left when we got there. Then the staff refilled with (McDonald’s) chicken nuggets🤷♀️ Other food and drink selections were quite decent. 4. My daughter was told she was showing too much skin for the lounge when she actually wore a proper dress… and yet there were people wearing flip flops, kids running around barefoot, and kids rolling on the floor, plus people taking off their footwear and putting their bare feet on chairs 🤷♀️ in the executive lounge. 5. The lobby was a circus sometimes. I actually witnessed a woman putting her bare feet on the table in the lounge. 6. Although connected with the BTS, not many places you can get to on foot. Not much to see or do within walking distance. If you are looking for a real five-star hotel, I’d recommend that you pay a couple of thousand Bhat or so to stay at such as the Grand Hyatt or the Peninsula - you really get what you pay for and you will certainly feel huge differences. I would probably call this hotel a budget 5-star hotel.

Eastin and staff are the best. I have a 2 years old boy and hotel cares about children its so important for me. So clean rooms, very delicious meals. Coffee machines are wonderful. If oneday i will come back again eastin is my place. Thanks for everything and thanks for my son.

Very good thing hotel is connected to BTS surasak, 5 station away from siam station. If you want to stay in less crowded place but easy to travel using public transport then this is perfect hotel for you. I love their hospitality, the really take good care of their guest. The staff offer me to call taxi for me to the airport which at that time it was raining so the grab fee is more expensive than what he can call for me outside the hotel. Overall love my stay!

We stayed in a triple room on 29th floor for 6 nights. Breakfast, rooftop pool, location & staff were awesome. Our entire stay in Bangkok was great. I will definitely come to the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn again!!

Hotel was great! Comfy bed and the best breakfast we ever had! So many options.

Location directly linked to surasak bts, super convenient especially for elderlies and children. Breakfast is amazing, wide variety including local, western, Chinese and even Japanese. View is nice can see the sky scrapers and room is quiet. Bed is wide and comfy with option for different pillow firmness. They have the app that makes communication with hotel a breeze. Service staff is amazing too, very helpful and accommodating.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The property was extremely clean, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. The only minor downside was that the pool was a bit crowded, but that’s to be expected during peak season. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again! The room was amazing! Executive lounge too!

The hotel is excellent, and the service is outstanding—as is often the case in Thailand. I stayed in a spacious corner suite for the second time, and once again, it was fantastic. Overall, everything was great, with just a few minor points to note: The breakfast selection for guests with standard room bookings is somewhat limited compared to other hotels, though still perfectly acceptable. A scale was missing in the bathroom, which would have been a useful addition. Aside from that, the service was truly exceptional.

Since I am not feeling well during the check out date, I requested two time to have a late check out. They understood my situation and willing to help me. So I can have more time to rest. I feel better now and I’m so thankful for that.

Beautiful hotel with a superb pool. Breakfast was excellent Rooms were comfortable but a small tv with poor selection of watchable movie channels. The service staff at the pool side were rather arrogant and not very attentive

From the room decoration to assisting with the surprise setup, everything was done with such care and attention to detail. Special thanks for accommodating my requests discreetly to ensure the surprise wasn’t spoiled — it really meant a lot! The decorations were beautifully placed, and the whole experience was smooth and memorable. Thank you once again for going above and beyond. Truly appreciated! 😊
