My last stay with them is before Covid, everything was prefect, in fact is my choice whenever going to Bangkok. However, this time round, it’s become one of the most disappointing experience for a 5 stars hotel, almost all staff except the staffs during morning breakfast has service, the rest will treat u like transparent.. Room was alright, can tell it’s old but well maintained, water pressure is so low, toilet stuck twice in 3 days. Another issue I faced is the lift, lift was so old, card reader can read sometime can’t read, have to visit the front desk 4times in 3days to have it fix.. 3th June 2.30-3pm there is a electrical shut down, staff was not well trained at all, making my whole family walk here and there and eventually to the bar to sit, staff offer me to get a drink, when refused, a few staff was looking at me like I was not suppose to be there… What a shame for a 5-stars hotel to have such services, there is no excuse to have such service considering the hotel has been around for 20+ years.. has this hotel pass his prime? Only saving grace is, when I approached the front desk manager, she is really nice and kind, accepting the comment with grace. She is the only positive staff I made throughout the stay.. sorry forgotten your name, but thank u so much! All the best to u… As for me, I will be returning on the 19th June, I’m still struggling, should I be given this once the best hotel in Thailand another chance.

Service was excellent. Room was very clean and feels new. Believed would had undergone a refurbishment. Need to walk a bit to train station but within the mall, so its not too bad after all.

The locations and hotel room size is good. I am just disappointed that I’m staying during my birthday and they didn’t manage to give me a birthday cake. I saw that is some other review - They’ve arranged birthday cake and birthday surprise for the other hotel guest

Our first stay in this hotel, honestly this is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok. We are greeted with warm service right from the moment we alight from the car after reaching the hotel. The reception counter. Restaurant staff and bell boy were all friendly and willing to help. The hotel room was very clean, big, has a sofa bed beside the king size bed as well. Plenty of space to roam in the room. Shower room was big, has a nice bathtub to relax and enjoy. Hotel location was excellent, just right beside MBK Center and was walking distance to Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon. The only complain if I have to pick , is the breakfast variety provided by the hotel. It’s kind of limited variety. It’s decent, not great though.

The facilities are quite old. Bedside, wonder if the filtration system of the swimming pool is with problem, there are precipitates generated at the bottom of the pool. We opine the hotel has to look into the hygiene matter. However, the location is very good. We are use take the public transportation to the attractions very easily.

Good location. Directly linked to MBK (via level 2) and National Stadium BTS. There’s a 7-11 at level 1. Modern and clean room. Buffet breakfast spread was good and some food items were changed daily. Go before 9am to avoid queues. Can reach Siam square, Siam paragon in less than 15min walk. However sound proof is quite bad. Can hear the traffic sound at night on level 19

Excellent location & staff were all very friendly. We were there for Valentine Day & they decorate up the bed. Very nice!

Like the location as it near to BTS and connected to MBS shopping center. Also walking distance to Siam Paragon. Lots of food and shops nearby.
