I have to find the place to stay because of the earthquake in BKK yesterday.
1st) I booked the wrong Radisson but i couldn’t be able to contact trip.com to cancel but unable to contact anybody
2nd) Once i arrived at this hotel , turned out that the hotel hasn’t received my booking yet but i already got the confirmation almost 2 hrs so Front desk contacted the agent , i had to wait and got the room by 8pm
3) the water in the bathtub was dirty but I thought the water from the shower and basin was cleaner and i found out the next morning after I finished showering 😑
4) breakfast ; main dishes were Indian food and Vegetarian while i saw many guests are western, not all guests can eat Indian food so mostly I had only bread and toast
5) The room and bathroom is big, the room was quiet only there’re some noises from other guests out of the door
**Front Desk tried thier best to facilitate me during check-in but what made me not happy was the person who answered my phone call refused to help me cancel the wrong booking even I wanna to change my booking to another “Radisson” and told me to contact trip directly so I had to walked from Radisson Blu Plaza to this branch and found out that Front desk has the direct contact to the agent**
Room service was nice and available 24 hrs with costly prices
The significant reason why i want to stay at another branch because the location of those hotel is not suitable for a woman 🙁
