1. Unfriendly staff. I couldn't find the hair dryer and asked, but the staff member who came to the room pointed to the hair dryer and asked, "Are you looking for the hair dryer?" and looked at me with a contemptuous look before leaving.
2. I requested a late check-out at 1:00 and received confirmation from the staff member, but they called me at 11:30 on the day of check-out and demanded that I check out at 12:00, saying that there was no record of it. I eventually checked out at 12:30, but it was a very unpleasant experience.
3. The breakfast was very ordinary or slightly worse.
4. I paid 3 times the usual price because it was the end of the year. I didn't expect better service, but compared to other cheaper hotels I've experienced in Bangkok, my experience was so bad that I don't think I'll ever visit again.
5. I have absolutely no intention of visiting this hotel again, and I won't recommend it to anyone. There's a high chance that you'll have at least one unpleasant experience when you visit.
