I like the facility, the location and especially for the cleanliness of the place. I really like the room but the kettle is you cannot use it because it's not electric. And in the information for being misunderstanding. When I booked he said at the counter we have free breakfast, I said no it's only room but he insisted on it so that's why we believed it but when we went down in the morning they said we don't have. Lesson learned you need to check the details properly of your customers.But I'm very satisfied and comfortable in your hotel. God bless

The exterior hotel building is very much different from reality/ picture shown on trip.com. Very run down from the outside in a very dirty alley. The room is relatively clean and acceptable. But the service and overall is still need much improvement and upgrade. Hope it will have some upgrade in near future as the location is good.

Like this place because it is very quiet at night when we sleep.

The hotel is located in a very dirty neighborhood! Their front entry gate is inside an alley where your car can't go! You have to get off a bit ahead of the hotel and pull the bags to the gate! The hotel forces you to give them 2000 THB security for no logical reason! I have stayed in over 100 hotels in 20+ countries. I visited Thailand 7 times. This is the only hotel that asks for this! I came from airport via grab (which accepts card) and didn't have cash. Hotel don't accept foreign card either. I had to run to atms and get cash! Rooms are small! Shower is even smaller! shower door clashes with toilet commode and you have to enter the shower with difficulty. Room doesn't have any tea, coffea nor a water heater. Almost no basic amenities either. Breakfast was really bad considering we paid 10$ per head. Hotel is very noisy and loud! 95% guests are Indian who seems to be arguing a lot. During checkout, they charged me 500 THB. they claimed one towel in the room was dirty and they can't clean! Wait, what??? Towel will get dirty when people use them! Also why will I pay them 500 thb for a 20 baht towel which is just dirty! I finally realized why they keep 2000thb initially - just to scam people! The stuff behavior is absolutely worst! Never book this hotel! Another weird thing is the elevator (it doesn't have 1st floor - see pic).

There are a lot of Indian restaurants in the neighbourhood, if you are specifically looking to eat Indian food in breakfast, lunch and dinner, then this is the right hotel. However if that is not your preference, avoid this at all cost, because even if you are in Bangkok, you will feel you are in Ahmedabad or Amritsar.

The hotel seemed to be renovated recently and all the facilities and ambience is fresh unlike last time I visited 3 years ago. Good condition of room, excellent air-conditioned, and good Indian breakfast served. It is very good with many Indian restaurants around the hotel and many shopping centers nearby.

The place is in fact ok but the attitude of the staff make it worst. We ask for shaver and they said you can get in 7-11, we ask if the hotel can provide one, the staff replied this is a cheap hotel, we don’t have it. The staff is not even proud of their working place. Is very hard to improve their service level

Service is good, staff behavior very cool.

Average room and service.

Overall a pleasant stay but no water boiler provided so we could not make any hot drinks in room. Need a key deposit of 2000 baht upon checking in. Very near to Indy Night market and many street stalls for supper.

Disgusting.. pros: in the city near street food, Spas, 7/11 Cons: 1. i don’t recommend if you have a lot ug luggage.. no bell boy to help you. You cary by yoitserl.. the guard outside just look at you. He didn’t daro to help lifting your bagge.. 2. The information desk officer must have the maximim tolerance. 3. Information desk officer must explain clearly and politely the hotel policy to check in at 2 pm. They musy refrain of shouting back to the customer.
