Hotelprisen er steget gennem årene, men stadig et meget godt hotel generelt. Tjenesten undlader aldrig at behage mig, men der var nogle yngre personale i receptionen, der ikke er så rart som det ældre personale og det yngre personale mangler manerer. Hushjælperne er dagens helte, de er altid effektive og savnede aldrig et sted. Jeg vil foreslå, at de skulle hotellet fortsætte med at vedligeholde og vedligeholde hotellet, da nogle af møblerne er gamle og ridsede. Jeg vil gerne se hotellet med nye møbler. The hotel's location is very convenient, with less than five minutes' walk to the BTS station and the pier across the Chao Phraya River. There is a supermarket, department store, and food kiosk right downstairs, and there are also many local restaurants outside. All the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Although the rooms were not the newest, they were very clean and had no odor. The facilities such as iron, ironing board, and microwave, which usually require additional requests at other hotels, were all available in this hotel room. If I come to Bangkok again in the future, I will stay here again.

Room is big and cozy with full amenities like kitchen and cooking. Pleasantly surprised and view was ok not direct. Downstairs is supermarket and mall. Love it but pool under reno.

Everything is ok but the cockroach frightened me,when I was sitting on the toilet bowl,it flew from the ventilator,very huge one !!!

This hotel was subpar to my liking, while the rooms were nice and spacious they were a bit outdated and the wood in the design framing and cabinets were cracking. Location was not that bad if you plan to stay in the Siam/Bang Rak area. Overall the pictures of the place are not what it seems in real life. Would I book this place again? Probably not.

It is always my first choice, however, the hotel and the shopping mall are under renovation, and some services and facilities may be interrupted.

Geeko appeared at the sink area of the room, water leaking from the bathtub causing slipping hazards to the guests. Also , bathtub hand railing was falling off

I use trip.com to book hotels many times. This hotel is the worst one I’ve experienced……I booked a family room with balcony and river view and there’s 3 big AC compressor in the balcony took up the space you can’t be out on the balcony because there’s no place to stand and it’s so loud when AC is on….. and the river view is blocked by parking structure and other hotel. You can only see a crack of river between buildings. It’s total false advertisement! And to room is old out dated with terrible paint touch up job. The room is big with nothing in it. Felt like an old empty apartment. Only thing I can say is good about the hotel is the staff are friendly. But then again. All the hotels I have stayed in Thailand got friendly staff. Bottom line is. This place is not worth for me. The price is too high for a place just offered good location and friendly staff…… I can show more pictures but I’m pretty sure I have shown my points.

The best hotellll in that area. The staffs are so helpful and friendly, made the trip felt wonderful. The place is spacious and clean. Suddenly got cake and present for birthday. Thank you so much. 😍

Going location, great food nearby. Hotel is clean and the room is big enough. Breakfast is the key, many choices

1.Convenient location 2.Spacious and comfortable rooms 3.Clean and well-appointed bathrooms 4.Number of amenities, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a sauna 5.Friendly and helpful staff 6.Could be noisy at night due to traffic

Requested for high Floor and Good View second time round but got in between floor where i seen others got high floor. Don't know whether i should stay there in the next trip. Haizzzzzz.......
