The hotel is located in a very convenient location for taking MRT 🚇, TBS🚊, and in the city center

I was impressed by the outlook of the hotel and everything when I stepped into my room. I don’t wish to share too much details about my unhappiness regarding services and pest control in my room. Overall I just come back to sleep in my room with my family without using their facilities in the hotel.

It is a really good location to BTS station. It is about 10 minutes walking distance to the BTS. Breakfast offers many yummy choices. The bed was comfortable. The room is cozy. It is money value deal.

The services and the location is quite good. But the management is that good. It is very noisy outside at 3-4am and i tried to contact the front desk and seek for their assistance. Unfortunately, no any improvement for that. I cant accept a five star hotel can provide such experience for customer.

The four star hotel’s service is not good as Marriott bonvoy. For example, I call the platform:may I have some ice cube? They answer:it needs 50B. In my impression, it is the first hotel not apply the ice cube for free. So I think the service is not good enough for the star. The deposit is 1000Bfor one night, so if u book many days, u should prepare enough cash. The breakfast is 450B or 500B. The room looks good in pic, but u should prepare the earplug for sleeping. So lucky, I have. Finally, it is not good, but ok.

Good location, one station away from Siam by BTS, clean, friendly staff.

The Sukosol Hotel is a unique blend of old and new. While the old building may need some updates, the overall experience is enjoyable. If you're looking for a traditional Thai experience, the old building might be a good choice. If you prefer a more modern atmosphere, upgrading to the new building is worth considering. Be prepared to pay extra if you want to stay in (upgrade) the new building. (500thb per night) Dim Corridors: The corridors in the both building could benefit from brighter lighting. The hotel's walk distance 10minute to BTS.

My family spent 5 days here and we enjoyed the comfy room very much! Good location that only few minutes walk from PhayaThai BTS station. Helpful staff at front desk and detailed cleaning everyday! My wife especially enjoyed the spa service at reasonable charge, and the versatile breakfast buffet was my favorite!

Interior looks a bit old but nonetheless a comfortable stay. Toilet comes with a dressing room and felt bigger than the room. Would have preferred it the other way. Breakfast was meh.

The front desk at the hotel was very helpful, but please ensure that you asked, or they understood what you were supposed to expect, not only because of language issues.

Value for money hotel with good service by friendly staff, clean rooms, small but adequate gym, a cosy corner pool n a free co-working space room. Nearby is the food street of Rangnam. Recommended.

Good hotel, well connected, good breakfast and service, only thing needs is renovate a little the rooms, we enjoyed our holidays in this hotel

It is a hotel with history. They have full facilities/services from buffet breakfast (it is 450 baht, if you buy when you check in) to outdoor swimming pool to fitness centre, Lotus Spa to sauna. They have a famous Chinese restaurant which offers authentic dim sum. I was assigned to another block for my accommodation. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The plug supports the UK plug, which I find it very friendly to tourists. The soundproofing was bad. There are many reflective surfaces, like 2 huge mirrors in the room, one facing the bed, and the drawing also can reflect. I will stay if the price is right.

Pool too cold, breakfast is not worth it , not clean rooms, no amenities, no towels, not clear when they change sheets. Bad services. Good massage
