Location is good. Breakfast is good. Not noisy at all. The room is spacious. Good value for money.

Location is excellent You will take a lot of photos of the hotel for sure Right in front of BTS (N3 Victory Monument) Very very convenient 22km from DMK 30km from BKK One BTS N2 stop transit to BKK train line 7 eleven right at the front door You can reach there even in heavy rain 2 mins walk from right hand side will be a street food market with huge rain cover head design open everyday. I can't forget the noodles shop. Taste so good at 50B only. At night 30 years old Saxophone pub and restaurant with very good vibes live music band stage till very late almost 03:00. You can't miss it. Visit the website for live performances info. Left side and back side got few shopping malls You can find everything you wanted. Massage shops, etc...... The lobby smells so good and clean Staffs at reception are amazingly good and helpful but the room attends day shift. Rooms are not very clean with dust. The toilet minor is very good for makeup. Towels are very clean. Room's cleaning needs improvement. Rooms are not sound-proof. Hotel got two blocks I stayed in backyard tower It's industry style Room size around 20 m2 No swimming pool No gym 1350B a night during summer peak season Not a deluxe choice But no doubt It's worth your money

The hotel located nearby Victory Monument BTS, Century The Movie Plaza, 7/11 and Starbucks. The room is tiny, clean and complete facility i just stay for a night coz i have business at Ratchavidi Hospital next day in early morning. One thing i really don't like is I stay be hide building at second above parking, many security guard smoking cigarette and very noisy from downstair.

The location is super convenient. It is right at the BTS Station (Victory Monument). There is the 7/11 and Starbucks in the same building. The mall is next door. I was a bit surprised when I arrived at the room. The size is good and the decoration is simple but I like it. The bed and the pillow, the ambient made me comfortable in the room. And it was clean even though the hotel was almost fully booked as it was during the Songkran Festival. I didn't check the hotel's facility so I couldn't provide the information. One thing I hope the hotel can fix is the water pressure in the shower box wasn't good. So far, highly recommend this hotel if you plan to spend time exploring Bangkok as it is very convenient.

Should provide cups and cutlery in room. Aircond is very loud. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Location is superb!

Location: 10/10, besides Victory Monuments BTS. For a first timer that don't know how to pick the stay, this is the best!!! Let me tell you why, I opted for public transport mode for this trip thus the way to BTS, MRT, Sky Train were all very seamless to me! No matter I want to go Siam, Asok, Terminal 21, airport, or chinatown area. This is kinda a strategic location to go anywhere with short timing! 7-11 also next to 515, nice lar! Service wise, the staff here were all really friendly and we got our room upgraded. Daily cleaning service is the best but you can choose whether want daily cleaning service or not. *staff at concierge will ask hehe, lift also fast-responding Regarding to the complaints from other travellers, the noise from AC is not huge and the noise from BTS also not that obvious. *I can sleep in tightly every night!!! Nice bed to sleep in!!! Conclusion: Definitely will be my next visit stay whenever I come.

3rd time in less then a month, need I say more 👍 Seriously great place for a quite stay in clean room in great location for everything in Bangkok.

The location is excellent. Very close to the bts station. Less than one minute walk. The room is tidy and big. The staff are very nice and helpful. There is a Michellin 1* restaurant next to the hotel. However, no swimming pool and even a glass or cup. Too close to the main road, a bit noisy at night. For me, overall is good.

The room is dirty smell bad, aircon is very loud like a truck inside the room. The receptionist in the morning is very rude. Not recommended

This is a wonderful hotel if you can get a room booking. It is a simple no frills hotel. No facilities other than a room and a comfortable bed. The value add is the huge 24hrs 7-11 and the Starbucks located below the hotel and the BTS next to it.
