Room quality not really up to other St. Regi standard

From my 3rd experience with St Regis Bangkok, this time I felt more improvement on the service which is more care and warm for checking in or especially the earthquake happened. Last few times, I don’t feel that the team around or care . So l went to Rosewood before was better. But this time I totally change my mind , I will stay again with st Regis . Anyway , I need to thank you the team that they arranged all for guest after earthquake. We all felt very warm and comfortable. Especially the F & B director I think is western who arrange some good for us . As the time most of them haven’t got lunch yet , it’s very professional. And one of the girl which is working in kitchen , she brought me her apron for cover my legs, thanks for her care. I really appreciated for St Regis team , they done it very well & professional. Luxurious and comfortable stay. Hotel is strategically located in heart of town with access to MRT. Got 2 St. Regis bears from very friendly staffs.

Great service and nice breakfast. Connecting bridge to train station. Walking distance to erawan shrine.

We recently stayed at the St. Regis hotel for three days and was impressed by their service. Every staff member was well-trained and greeted us with genuine, warm smiles. The butler service was exceptional, particularly Nisa, who wrote a heartfelt handwritten card and gave me a thoughtful gift. The hotel's location is very convenient, and the room was spacious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Overall, my experience was excellent.

The first night when I checked in, the hotel offered me a basket of fruit but when I cut a pear which was found rotten. I didn't consume the other fruits and put the rotten pear of the plate on the assumption that the hotel will replace the fruits for us the next day. However, when I returned in the next evening, I found all the fruits had gone without replacement and this gave me a very bad impression of how sincere the hotel was for offering the fruits which were of low quality. Besides, when I returned to the hotel the fourth evening, I found a bag of trash on the cupboard near the doorway, apparently left by the cleaners during the make-up of the room. This was very unprofessional and I needed to call the housekeeping to collect the bag of rubbish.

St. Regis is always great. Last time , I was at st. Regis bangkok , it was 13 years ago. It’s still as good. Thank you

I genuinely admire the St. Regis for its beautiful interior design and dedication to service. This hotel lives up to expectations. Although I wouldn't describe the breakfast as outstanding, the pricing is reasonable, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Attention to detail in the hotel was fantastic. The phone calls, the presents left in the room, the care about the whole experience… superb overall. Breakfast was also incredible. Great selection

Room is great as usual, the hotel smells good the moment you stepped into the lobby till you reach your room. Butler service is friendly and prompt. Only gripe is that they always walk into the room with their shoes on :( Had drinks at the L12 lounge, drinks are average. Went Zuma at ground level for dinner and drinks and both were great. Their cocktails are the best! So good that we came back the next night for drinks only. Ordered their chicken wings as snacks and it was tasteless unfortunately. Would definitely come back to Zuma for more cocktails!
