During my recent stay, I encountered a few inconveniences that future guests might want to be aware of. Firstly, there was no cutlery provided in the rooms, which was a bit of a hassle when ordering food delivery and the restaurant did not include cutlery. There is room service, yet the staff rejected a simple request for cutlery. Additionally, many amenities, which are typically found in-room in most hotels, had to be requested from the front desk. This included basic items that you might expect to have readily available. Lastly the location is not within walking distance to Thonglor BTS, however there is an hourly shuttle between 8AM to 8PM. The room doors were light and may not be locked if not shut properly. Many hotel room doors were left ajar (not sure if it was on purpose or oversight). Expected more from Banyan Tree Group :/

Always stayed in this hotel whenever I m in Bangkok. Close to all local food and many shopping mall. Very convenient.

New hotel in town with stunning outdoor pool, made me feel like living in a nature paradise.
The genuine staff service and hospitality skills could really present how Land of Smile is. Their thoughtfulness and flexibility are the most attractive factor to let their guest feel more comfortable and relax.
If I have chance in the near future, I would definitely visit it back again!

The place is at a quiet neighborhood at Thong Lor, the hotel is clean and the room is spacious. But the outdoor sitting area next to the pool is hot, there is no cooling fans. The restaurant is very basic.

I really like the design of the room and spaciousness. Love the cute teapot and cups too, microwave is a bonus especially if we are having too much leftovers from supper and you want to heat it up.
One downside regarding the amenities is the bedroom slippers can really improve. I’ve been to other hotels that is not of the same grade of HOMM/banyan and the slipper quality is so much better. The bedroom slippers are thin and that’s ok, thing is it furs and sticks to your feet easily. Another is the wifi, probably worth noting that the wifi they provide is for one device only. I had to call in many times to get multiple wifi codes for other devices.
Location is ok, I don’t usually walk fast but can get to Thong Lor BTS in 8 mins under hot weather. I mis read reviews somewhere saying that it’s a 15 mins walk which is untrue and glad I didn’t give up on this accommodation for that reason.
The service is ok.

Location is hidden in Sikhumvit. Rooms are nice quiet , the pool are small only 3 brench/sofa in pool side and it’s just next to the restaurant , if u wanna relax n chill at poolside this is not a good choice .
For the breakfast it’s took me almost take me 1hrs in the peak time. The chef she did it one by one , 2-5 mins for one ? Wasting times

My go to spot for hotel whenever I’m in Bangkok. Value for money. Room is spacious and there’s a walk in wardrobe. Staff are friendly and great. Easy to call a grab or bolt. Food spots within walking distance. Away from the typical Google advised tourist spots if that’s what you’re into, it’s cool
