The staff was nice, and the pool at night was prett night view. However, I went to the pool once during the day, there was a smoking area next to the pool, but a foreigner smoked *********. I know smoking ********* is legal in Thailand, but since hotels are public facilities, many places prohibit it. Even there were children playing in the pool right next smoking area… Except for this, generally satisfied with the location and facilities.

The room is clean. Amenities are provided in room.

It was a late night flight so we were just looking for a place to sleep, this place is OK as it is so close to the park. I enjoy running in Benjakitti Park.

6 Sept. when I went back to my room at night and found that there were no towels, I called the female receptionist on duty, she told me impossible and let me take a good look. The second call was not only hard-mouthed, but also perfunctorily hung up the phone. finally, I went downstairs to find her, she insisted that there could not be no towels. I said, why can't house keeping forget it? She gave it to me very reluctantly, very bad attitude！

Room was comfortable and very clean. A bit disappointed with the breakfast , as there is not much choice

When the receptionist is a fat male, the attitude is super bad, and the English is not very good. Hotel room 724 did not have hot water, we played a whole day then use the cold water to take a shower, the first night we called the reception is a good attitude female, she told us that it is too late, there is no engineer maintenance, only during the day there is a engineer to repair it. The next day we went back to the hotel and took a shower, and we found that is still only cold water. When I called the reception, it was this fat male, he said, "Only during the day there is a engineer, you can call tomorrow." I said that we are not in Thailand tomorrow, he said it’s up to you🙄️ and then we go down to ask him for a bucket for hot water we boiling ourselves to take a bath. Met a good person who can translate Thai, fat male kept saying that Thai has been rolling his eyes. Later I forgot my key card, and I said “hello. ” He only stared at the computer, ignoring us, and then his face was so sulky, and I said “exm?” he did not say a word and did not look at me, and then gave the room card without looking me. I also said thank u. But he didn't respond or have any reaction. What a rubbish attitude. A cold shower instead of hot water in a hotel, like we owe him millions. Oh, yeah. I'm sorry I'm so angry.
