Room is very big, clean and comfortable. Opposite is Terminal 21 shopping and good restaurants. There is also nice restaurants along the street eg Ping's sharksfin restaurant. Prices of food are reasonable. There's BTS within walking distance. Very convenient. Hotel service staff are attentive and professional.

It has been an unfortunate experience staying at the Hilton Bangkok Grande this time. The basic level of cleanliness was not met, which is hard to believe considering the price paid. Additionally, the response from the Hilton staff was slow and inefficient. It took several hours to get an upgrade room (maybe, but the room looked similar with a relatively good cleanliness). Most of the facilities seemed outdated and of low quality, except for the well-decorated lobby. Will never be with this hotel again... 不会再次选择的酒店

The hotel is clean and tidy. Room is a bit old. The power supply is not stable as well. There was power outage during our stay. Housekeeping service is very slow as well.

location is great, opposite from Terminal 21 Mall. Within 3 minutes walk to BTS / MRT station. Spacious room size.

The hotel is a bit tired-looking and is within a 5 to 10-minute walk to the BTS and Metro. It is very near the Red Light District Street, and you may not like walking along the street in the evening. My chair has a big hole, and I wonder why the hotel did not mend it. Also, the floor is parquet and is slippery when wearing socks or room slippers.

Rebrand from Pullman. The room is clean but very old style. Furniture broken. Staff very helpful especially at the executive lounge.Lovely view.

The hotel was great, location was near BTS and MRT also easy to book some grab or bolt. The staff were all polite and approachable at any time and buffet breakfast was a limited option in my 3-day stay nothing new it was the same menu but overall was great.

Location is excellent - next to Terminal 21, Sukhumvit MRT subway station, Crazy Murphy Irish pub (2 mim walk back street), Asoke SkyTrain. Cowboy Soi with best night entertainment Facilities: nice pool, well equipped fitness centre (aging but relatively well maintained), executive lounge at level 24 was great with generous flows of drinks esp happy hours 5-7 pm with 2 cooked food and several fingers food and salad, nuts, biscuits, bread etc. Assigned room at floor 27 with spectacular view of Sukhumvit skyline. Also given privilege for late checkout, very nice of the check-in receptions. Breakfast buffet: wide spread of European, Thai, Japanese, Indian & Chinese + salad, fruits, + fresh smoothies. Limited English programs for TV. Overall enjoyable stay and will definitely return during future visit to Bangkok.

Hotel room was large with king size bed. City view. Prompt and efficient service. About 10 minutes walk to Asok BTS station, quite convenient except that the pathway to walk can be quite hazardous.... too many potholes.
