Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! The room was new, big and spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk to a small mall where you can easily grab groceries and other essentials. The staff, especially Bank, Mink, and Top, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always smiling. Great service. highly recommended!

Came here for the fifth time because it is pet friendly (500 THB per pet), larger dog like mine is also allowed. New and modern, beautiful hotel. Great staff!

The front desk staff is friendly, the lobby is comfortable, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The room has a small terrace, a small refrigerator, and the air conditioning is quite powerful. The room is very clean, and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable! The hotel makes you feel like home.

Great hotel to stay if you’re travelling with family. We came as a couple during valentine day and i have requested for special request of some flower decorations, however we received a rose instead which is even better. Really appreciate the staff putting effort to arrange the rose in our room. Room is spacious and bed is soft. There is a mall within walking distance and a supermarket too. We will definitely come back for our next trip.

The hotel was a great stay when we finally got there. Although we had initially booked 5 nights, we only 2 because one person received visa late from the embassy and travel was delayed. We tried to appeal to the hotel to make changes but the booking was quite inflexible and we would have to give up the room we booked and pay more money for modifications. So , we opted to just keep the original booking. With that being said, the onsite service was great, breakfast was good and had variety . The overall service was great from the staff to help us book some of our tours and cabs. Would definitely go back but with caution by booking with insurance.

The best hotel experience so far, it was a whole new level of hospitality. We have been on a trip to Vietnam and the Thailand for over 2 weeks of time and stayed at over 10 different hotels during our trip. Shama yen has been the best one so far in terms of satisfaction, we stayed at 2 other hotels in Bangkok, where one of them was almost the same price, but not as good as Shama yen. The hotel building is a complex located not too far from the central area of Bangkok, you can get there easily from the nearest railway station with a taxi or Grab within 200 THB depending on the busy hours. The room that we stayed in was very spacious, even had a small kitchen area with dining table and sofa, and lots of amenities. I think they have washing machines in the bigger rooms (we saw them on the balconies when we were swimming in the outdoor pool, which was also clean and nice.) Although our room did not have a washing machine, they have a very nice laundry room that is self-service for free, we used it to dry our clothes. What we really liked was that the room had multiple lightnings options to set up the mood depending on your preferences and a big closet area in the bathroom to store your luggages. They provided everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we had was unable to connect your phones to the smart TV in our room, we wanted to watch a movie, tried both Netflix and screenshare, neither worked, we ended up watching movie on our phone instead. Nice breakfast. But the location of the hotel is not close to the MRT. And it doesn’t offer shuttle bus services during weekend.

Very nice and quiet hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, not too busy but close to everything. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

Was good and clean but the single bed option bed was a little small and in the breakfast menu wasn’t good breakfast

Excellent service. This is the most pet-friendly hotel I have ever encountered. I am a repeat customer. I love this hotel because of its neighborhood setting. It feels like it is far from the noise and hustle of the city center, but a 15-minute car ride will have you in the midst of all the sites. Its location means that your wait for car service and delivery is minimal. This is my go-to hotel for working vacations. I appreciate that because I like to plan spur of the moment trips to the city center. There is a weekend night market across the street and cafes a short walk in either direction. I stay here whenever I need to complete a tedious project so I can reward myself with small field trips.

Good vibre, nice staff, average breakfast

The rook was big, however had a bit of moldy smell and could use a bit of rennovation. Unfortunately the pillows available were all very high so we had to buy new ones ourselves. Breakfast is good and location is close to many restaurants nearby.

From the moment you check in till the moment you check out, the hotel and its staff satisfy everything you need. The room was huge and great, the bathroom was great with hot and cold water. Although there is no nearby bts but you can always take a bolt or just explore the area. I would also to thank Bank, Ami & Bird for assisting me with my checking out, I requested for a later check out at 1pm as I wasn't feeling too good and Ami was really nice about it and allowed it. Also Bank for helping with the storing of luggage while I went out to grab a late lunch. 5 stars for everything, I would definitely recommend Shama Yen Akat for anyone who wants a stay a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
