Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. When I checked into the room, there was a lot of women’s hair all over the floor. I asked the staff to clean it, but after they came to clean, the situation hadn’t changed at all. In the end, I had to ask for a broom and clean the floor myself. The bathroom had another problem — something was leaking, so the floor was constantly wet. The sink was clogged, and the kettle was dirty as well. Overall, the room clearly wasn’t cleaned or properly maintained before my arrival. The hotel does have a swimming pool, which looks nice, but the water is extremely salty. It was so uncomfortable to swim that the salt irritated my eyes and nose. The only positive thing I can mention is the restaurants downstairs. There are several good options, they are open until around midnight, and the food was actually tasty. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance issues really affected my stay. I expected much better.

Changed to a cleaner room than the previous one. All the staff are very friendly but they are super busy during checkout time. Make sure you leave enough time because they need to check your room before refund deposit.

More Like a Jail Than a Hotel – Definitely Not Recommended Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve had. The hotel has far too many rules and policies, to the point that it feels more like staying in a jail than a hotel. Basic requests are treated like major problems. They couldn’t provide extra pillows, and they wouldn’t even give us an additional key card. The staff are very friendly and polite, but unfortunately they seem to be trained to say “no” to almost everything. The checkout policy is ridiculous. If you are even one minute late after 12:00 PM, they charge an extra 200. That level of rigidity is completely unreasonable and makes guests feel like they are being punished rather than welcomed. The location is quiet, which is probably the only real advantage, but it is also very inconvenient. There are practically no amenities—just the most basic towels and shampoo. The hotel also clearly has not been renovated for a long time, and the facilities feel old and outdated. A hotel should make guests feel comfortable, not constantly remind them about rules, restrictions and additional charges. The staff themselves are friendly, but good manners cannot compensate for terrible policies and a lack of basic hospitality. Overall: I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. There are much better places to stay where you will actually feel like a guest rather than a prisoner

Good location, very accessible, near arl station, there is 7/11 walking distance only, pool and gym good amenities

I had a really nice experience staying at MetroPoint Hotel. The room was spacious and tidy, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff were always kind and attentive. It’s a comfortable place to stay and offers great value for money. Highly recommended. The hotel is in a good location, with a 7-Eleven and plenty of restaurants nearby. The service is OK. The rooms are a bit dated but clean.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pool looks nice and the gym is sufficient for a workout. Rooms are spacious.

Having quite high expectations based from the reviews, I was honestly disappointed. The room was clean, yes, but that is how a room should really be upon customers’ arrival. Overnights stays would’ve been better if they properly clean the rooms providing necessary amenities, because not even toothpaste was there. Upon make over or cleaning request in the room, the staff only put 2 water bottles, 1 tissue roll and coffee. And thats just it. It should’ve been a fun stay if only the staff were approachable. P.s. Rooms aren’t sound proof, which is why I’ve been hearing people doing boombayah from other room.
