A very basic experience! I actually stay at this hotel a lot. This time was awful! Check in took 1.5 hours!! 😖😖 My room was filthy!!! 😩 I found a broom and swept the floor myself 🙃 I needed to leave 1 day early for work and they refused to give me a refund!! 😩 Every room has a joining door with the room next door so you better prey your neighbours are quiet!

The room full of aunt very small and you can find everywhere even in the breakfast fruit dish No buffet for less than 20 guess ordered breakfast So I just eaten from the choices Actually I eaten eggs only I got 3 fried eggs 🍳 and other day omelet So if you like to eat order the food to The room using Grab food

Clean, great amenities, it has a gym with most equipments and well taken care of. I absolutely loved the rooftop pool. I highly recommend it

The front desk girls should be smiling when welcoming the guest. They are frowning when accommodating the guest. The hotel building quite old but it speaks to its price. The pool is not good,— it seems like you are swimming in a full of algae. They should change the flooring of the pool.

No problem with the whole experience, its just that the pool time is limited and we weren't able to enjoy it much specially for night swimming.

We booked 4 rooms and every single one of them had some issues. Broken AC, lot of dust, cigarette smell and etc. Aldo the receptionist lady was very slow in service and she spoke to us unpolitely. Hotel is from 80's so it should be renovated completely in order to stay in Bangkok hotel business.

Check-in took nearly 30 minutes due to one person handling all bookings manually. The reception area had spider webs, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The room on the 6th floor had a damp smell, and while spacious, it was poorly arranged with a rusty refrigerator and cramped furniture. The TV was not connected, and the AC switch was hard to reach. Breakfast was very basic, with no staff to assist or greet guests. Given the location, I chose this hotel, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the overall lack of quality and service.
