Service is fantastic, every staff is very kind and considerable. Room is spacious... My room is deluxe balcony but just share to everyone: no smoking at the balcony. Smoking area is 1st floor in outside. Really satisfying stay.

I stayed at the family suite. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, consists of a sitting area and a dining area, a pantry with a microwave and a fridge. It is quiet at night and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Walking to Khun Tong buri BTS station is about 12 minutes.

The hotel is very nice. It’s very clear that they care about the facilities as it’s taken care of and very clean. The bed is slightly hard. Don’t bother me but might be important for some. There is a fridge and kettle with coffee and tea station in the room. Slippers, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, shower gel all provided in the room. Water bottles and coffee is refilled daily. Also a fridge with smaller water bottles in the reception for the guests. Perfect on the way out or when you’re back from an outing. There are laundry machines and a gym. 100 bath for both washing a drying. And 10 bath for detergent, can be bought at the reception. The hotel is located a bit off. It is walking distance to the bts and icon Siam. However it is a bit far to walk on a sunny day. There is a seven eleven at the start of the alley. Plenty of massage places and local food carts and restaurants as well.

Room is comfy and spacious. Provided with a balcony to wind off. There's small pantry area in the room where you can prepare your breakfast, provided kettles and bar fridge. So convinient! Receptionists are warm, greet us all the time. We fell welcome. Thank you!

Spent two nights! It’s clean and spacious with wonderful location but would’ve appreciated more natural light in our room!

We stayed for just one night as the hotel is conveniently located near Asiatique, where we had a dinner cruise that evening. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and featured a balcony. The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel is next to the ibis hotel and close to numerous food stalls along the main road.

I can say very enjoyable with this this hotel and highly recommend for a stay.

Great hotel located in convenient area

We loved our stay at Naga Residence. It was very clean, comfortable and the lady at the reception super friendly. She helped us very very much. We arrived very tired after the night train, the room was not ready yet, but she found a great solution for us which I apprciated very much! We asked for a quiet room and our request was respected. Everything was perfect and smooth! I would defininately recommend it!

Very good service and very clean. Near the place for food. 7 Eleven have 2 shop very near by. Very convenience, walk to Iconsiam just take 10 minutes. Very good place to stay. Next time sure will stay again for this place.

Amazing place near ICONSIAM. Great location. Good restaurants close by, different cuisines. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
