There must be a better choice of the same level hotel Facilities are old, but housekeeping already trying their best to keep things clean and tidy, good job. Nevertheless, price is worthy for location

Great stay! Used to stay around Sukumvit area. Staffs were helpful & i was given a room with kitchenette. Grateful for such warm hospitality provided. Location is good too. Thank you! :))

The check-in was perfect, very fast and very friendly. I also arrived about 2 hours before 2 pm. And anyway they gave me the room. Much appreciated. Hotel in great location, with shuttle service. The room on the 4th floor is large and quiet. With cutlery and plates for 2 people. Large refrigerator. It would be nice to have a microwave oven. Unfortunately my room has a bad smell of humidity and mold. Very annoying. I always had to open the windows, which are without mosquito nets. Then the insects entered the room. It was not comfortable. Without this problem I would have given full rate.

Had a lovely time staying at hopeland, staff are always friendly and always willing to help,situated near everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of nightlife so quiet at nights

Awesome 5D4N stay at hope land on 15 July to 19 July. Its a convenient stay as its near to nana BTS with a 5mins walking distance. Room is clean and well equipped with what you need. Friendly staff with great size room with daily housekeeping.

I enjoy staying here but everytime I do they are building next door so you cannot have a party night and sleep late

Very bad service. Very bad staff. They are not helpful at all. All the request need money. For example I request one more blanket , need 300baht. Room is dirty , hotel is old . Just the breakfast is fine .

Bangkok a brilliant location. Walking distance to the best of Bangkok & close to BTS Sukomvit BTS. Soi 8 is a dead end Soi with many bars & restautants with very little traffic. Highly recommend.

My last stay at this hotel was fine, but I was having extremely hard time connecting to WiFi during this time. The WiFi was giving me a trouble to log in, I have probably tried about 100 times log in process from the scratch. When it finally connected, it automatically logged me off after using it for 1 to 3 minutes. I ended up using my own data to connect to the internet, using up a lot of my own data. I heard many customers had the same WiFi issues. I like the room size, but it was not as clean as expected. I had to use my own alcohol wipe to clean many spots. Also, when I first entered the room, I smelled bad chemical, probably they sprayed cheap air fresher. When I asked for late check out, the front lady said 200 bahts if I want to check out at 2pm. I said I don’t want to pay any extra, so they offered 1pm check out without any extra cost. I am not satisfied with the hotel. I don’t know if I want to come back again.

Good quality hotel with easy access from take airport. Close to lots of action but far enough away for peace and quiet at night. Good Rooftop pool and gym facilities if that is wanted

Quieter location as its a bit further down the soi. A 7/11 very close but nothing else, which is good as it means less noise. Check in prefunctory. I checked in early, which was good. The room itself is very large, older style. Bed very good. Pillows very good. Wi-fi very good. Cleanliness- not so good , but acceptable. There are so many surfaces and mirrors in the room it must be hard for the housemaid to get to it all in every room. Wall mirrors had dust and smudges, the floor about 90% clean. Next day the room was 100% clean, Im guessing because it was not check out so there was more time. Overall I will stay again. In fact I have recommend the hotel to two friends already . In the price range its more than acceptable.

I like this place a lot. The price has gone up significantly more than its worth, I was paying 60-70 USD a night. The counter staff are not happy, not friendly don't smile, don't say hi when you talk to them. The driving and housekeeping staff are nice. Location is a 10 minute walk from Nana BTS, but you can always take the golf cart. Quiet end of the street. Good rooftop pool, space and gym. Its a bit dated and the balcony looks over nowhere.

Everything was fine. Breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious.

Great location! Closed to public transportation and terminal 21... internet limited but you can ask for an extra code...good coffee downstairs ( cappuccino does not work!).
