Hotel access is not safe and convenient. You have to drop off or park at Wat Dusit and walk 200m to the Hotel. If not, you need to go by Grab Bike or private speed boat or jet ski. It made me feel unsafe for lady arriving at late evening or night time. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful but it seemed no choice about BF as it's difficult to go outside for it. I didn't see the room but common area looked nice, clean, and homey with pier view. The cat was very friendly. BTW, thank you the Hotel to propose for fully refund because of our inconvenience to stay. We'd like to recommend the Hotel to be interested in lots of negative comments, deal with any pier, and arrange boat service for their guests which would create great experience and avoid word of mouth about bad perception.

In general, it’s not for tourists non families.  The location is really off from the main street and required to walk to a small alley in a local neighbourhood  (almost like a ghetto area if you don’t know Bangkok).  Not recommended for female solo travellers.  But definitely a good pick for someone who is looking for a relaxing afternoon with not much to expect.  Room was clean and able to see the long-tail boats cruising thru. the canel.   The food was good, up to Thai standard but not worth it if just come here for coffee or lunch.  

Nice view, good space with friendly staff, however the road to the hotel is extremely inconvenience.

Too noisy. Nice service but too slow. Wonderful view on the canal and river.

Have to walk 7 min dark road to the hotel is very inconvenient. Breakfast is quite good. Their service staff quite friendly. They should find a solution for the entrance to the hotel.

ห้องที่จองคือห้อง Riverfront Suite Canal View ที่มองเห็นวิวคลองบางกอกน้อย ราคา 5282 บาทต่อคืนในวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ ได้ห้อง 2144 เราเลือกมาที่นี่เนื่องในโอกาสฉลองวันเกิด บรรยากาศดีสมใจ ให้เตรียมเซ็ทแปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟันไปเองด้วยเพราะที่นี่ไม่มีให้ ส่วนสาวๆไม่ต้องเตรียมไดร์เป่าผมไปเพราะมีไดร์ Lesasha แรงมาก เป่าแป๊ปๆแห้ง ข้อดี -ตัวห้องน้ำเราจะเทใจให้ที่พักทุกที่ที่ทำอ่างล้างมือสองอันมาก เวลาแปรงฟันตอนเช้าจะได้แปรงพร้อมกันได้โดยไม่เบียดกัน -อยากเห็นวิวแม่น้ำคือได้เห็นวิวตามใจอยาก ตอนเย็นๆพระอาทิตย์ตกดินคือโรแมนติกมากๆ -ที่พักตกแต่งสวยงามเหมือนในภาพรีวิวที่ดูๆมา ในภาพเป็นยังไงของจริงเป็นอย่างนั้นเลย -ห้องแอร์ไม่เย็น พอลงไปแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ เจ้าหน้าที่รีบขึ้นมาจัดการให้ทันที แจ้งว่าที่แอร์ไม่เย็นเป็นเพราะว่าแม่บ้านปรับ แก้ไขโดยการเซ็ทระบบแอร์ใหม่ พอขึ้นมาแล้วแอร์เย็นสบายเลย เจ้าหน้าที่น่ารักและเต็มใจให้บริการทุกคน ข้อเสีย -อาหารเช้าไม่ได้เลือกซื้อเพิ่ม ต้องจ่ายเพิ่มรวมอาหารเช้าและค่าห้องด้วยเกือบ 6 พัน คิดว่าราคานี้ถ้ารวมอาหารเช้าด้วยจะวิเศษมาก -อินเทอร์เน็ตในห้องไม่ครอบคลุมถึงห้องน้ำตรงอ่างแช่น้ำ -ยังทำความสะอาดไม่เรียบร้อยเท่าไหร่ ราวไม้หน้าอ่างแช่ตัวมีหยากไย่เกาะ แล้วก็ตรงใต้ซิงค์ก็มีหยากไย่+ บนพื้นมีขวดสบู่ใช้แล้วจากลูกค้าที่เข้าพักก่อนหน้าเราตกอยู่ที่พื้น ปกติที่พักจะให้แชมพู 2 และ สบู่ 2 ในภาพจะเห็นที่เราเก็บสบู่ของลูกค้าเก่ามาเป็นสบู่ 3 แชมพู 2 อัน -อ่างแช่น้ำรั่ว นั่งแช่ไปเรื่อยน้ำจะลดระดับเองลงจนหมด ต้องคอยเปิดเติมเรื่อยๆ ทดลอง 3 ครั้ง น้ำลด 3 ครั้ง -ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง จะได้ยินตั้งแต่เสียงเรือหางยาว เสียงประกาศจากทัวร์ และเสียงดนตรีบรรเลงจากร้านอาหารด้านล่าง

โดยรวมโอเค แต่เสียอยู่หนึ่งคือ ความสะอาดในห้องน้ำ (ซึ่งสำคัญ ) คือในวันที่เข้าพักเหมือนเค้าทำห้องน้ำแต่ไม่ได้ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยก่อนแขกจะเข้าพักทำให้มีน้ำอยู่ที่ชักโครกแบบเหมือนทำไม่เสร็จ และในส่วนของห้องน้ำผ้าม่านในห้องน้ำเก่ามากตรงปลาย มีคราบสีเหลืองเห็นแล้วไม่น่ามอง มีความขึ้นรา ยาแนวห้องน้ำมีสีดำ ขึ้นรา เข้าใจว่าเก่าแต่เก่าก็ควรที่จะให้สะอาดและน่าใช้ จองห้องสตูดิโอไปได้ราคาไม่แพงแต่ถ้าจองห้องที่ราคาแพงๆคิดว่าน่าจะเสียดายเงินที่จ่ายไปเพราะมาตรฐานความสะอาดในห้องน้ำไม่โอเค

Este hotel ha sido constantemente una grata sorpresa. Nos alojábamos en una calle más céntrica y accesible. Normalmente hay bastante disponibilidad pero por motivo del songkran tuvimos que buscar algo rápido y solo estaba esta opción a una distancia aceptable para poder seguir explorando la ciudad. No investigué nada solo reservé. Al principio nos extrañó el barrio en el que se sitúa ya que no hay ni calle que llegue hasta aquí, solo pasillos estrechos y casas humildes. De pronto aparece ante nosotros un sitio precioso, limpio y agradable. Aunque carece de piscina o miradores no se les echa en falta, el bar solo tiene 6 mesas y una pequeña zona común, más que suficiente! Nos encantó y lo guardamos para la próxima. La mejor cama y almohadas hasta la fecha en los hoteles de Tailandia que yo haya probado.

房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全。但入住環境非常大的嘈雜聲，不衹是左右房間還是房間上層下層整天整夜有説話聲，讓人根本無法入睡。在房間頭部感覺有震顫感，使人發暈，感覺隔壁有大功率機器工作。

就是坐船去比坐車去方便些

Lovely small hotel a the junction of the Chao Phraya river & the Bangkok Klong. Thai style room with everything you need, a reasonable size & very comfortable. Great dinner in the restaurant on our one evening there and super breakfast. River is always noisy from early morning so back garden rooms are best. Very convenient for the Royal Barges museum and the Bangkok Thonburi Station (to Kanchanaburi). Other reviews have marked down the location but I would suggest they haven't done their research. This hotel is not convenient to the centre of Bangkok (MBK, SkyTrain etc) but very convenient for the River Taxis covering access to the Royal Palace, Wat Arun etc.

1. Unclean Bathroom Upon entering the bathroom, I found a used shower gel bottle left on the floor, making the floor sticky. This raised serious concerns about whether the bathroom had been cleaned prior to my arrival. Such oversight is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your housekeeping standards. 2.Cobwebs in the Room I discovered not one but two spots with cobwebs inside the room. This further deepened my concern about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards your hotel offers. 3.Room Temperature Issues The room was unbearably hot when I checked in. Despite trying to adjust the temperature myself, I was unable to resolve the issue and had to contact the reception staff for assistance. I was told it was the maid’s fault for misadjusting the system. While the staff resolved the issue by reconfiguring the air conditioning, I question why the room temperature was not properly set and checked before my arrival. 4.Bathtub Malfunction One of the main reasons I chose the Riverfront Suite Canal Type room was to enjoy the bathtub while taking in the Bangkoknoi view. Unfortunately, the bathtub was defective, with water constantly leaking, requiring me to refill it multiple times. This inconvenience ruined the relaxing experience I had anticipated. 5.Unacknowledged Birthday Request I had made a special request for my partner’s birthday celebration during the booking process, which was confirmed via email. However, this request was completely overlooked during our stay. This lack of attention to detail was extremely disappointing and made me feel undervalued as a guest.
