W Bankok is conveniently located near the BTS station. There is a convenient store 7-eleven nearby. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Receptionists were pleasant and nice to speak to. Highly recommended!

Probably the best hotel I've stayed in BKK. Top notch service. The bellboys were quick to serve at the lobby. Hotel check-in was fast too. All the staff are so friendly. Room is big, neat and tidy. They also offered to swop my room in the 3rd day as my bathroom wall was damaged due to the recent earthquake, and even provided me free food platter as a courtesy of inconvenience. Not to mention the bed was super comfy! Amenities were abundant. The gym was well equipped and has a nice view facing the pool. Location wise just a 5mins walk to BTS Nong Si stn. There's also a 7-Eleven just about 100m away. Breakfast was awesome. Very wide spread of different cuisine (Chinese, Indian, Thai, Western). Love their beverages too (they provide alcohol, cold drinks, juices, coffee/tea, milk and even Thai milk tea). Overall I'm really satisfied with W hotel. Will definitely stay agn nxt time!

Service was top notch. From front desk, poolside, restaurant and housekeeping,  attentive and detailed, they care about your well being and you would feel welcome everyday. I will like to come back again soon.

W hotel has this vibe like all other W hotels. Love the room and knowing marriott has the best bed in the whole hotel. That's the reason I always stay in marriott.

It has always been a great experience to stay at W Bangkok, great location, close to anywhere. Great Service from staff and the hotel was maintained really well.

You can listen to the music when you are at lobby or in the corridor of your room. The staff (esp Katie) is really helpful.

Everything is wonderful in this hotel. Room is great, location is great, service is great as well. Swimming pool is amazing.

So the gym is a little bit, lacking for all the muscular men that are there. This definitely attracts a fit and *** crowd. Which means this hotel is nice. That said there is no Olympic weights and there are limited machines; not enough for multiple people to work out at the same time. There is also no Olympic weights. Get a good workout in it is relatively empty, but the gym was pretty busy when I was there. There was some delightful unexpected things like Ginger drink that was in the refrigerator. The swimming pool is kind of small and strange. The breakfast buffet is nice, especially if you pre-buy it then it’s relatively affordable and a great deal. The woman is very nice to larger than most rooms. I’ve stayed in for Bangkok. The wonderful room was more than a had a nice bathtub. Nice shower and a nice bed and was spacious. The location leaves a little bit to be desired. It’s busy and I didn’t think about the location when I booked the area but make sure that it is close to things that you want it to be. Just remember that traffic in Bangkok really sucks so if you are Traveling elsewhere in Bangkok, It can take plenty of time.

Nice hotel near metro station and in the city center. But bit hard to grab car if go for short distance. Traffic jam a lot.

From beginning to end a very nice hotel. When you arrive, service level very good, interior stylies, lots of space, clean, nice smell, etc. The room equipped well, good bed, working table, bathroom, minbar, etc. The only min point was that I costs me some time to figure out the remote control for lights and airco, and the TV i never got figured out. But for sure can have something to do with my age. If I would have called for help, for sure they would have explained it. Loved the pool with comfortable beds, enough towels, free water. Also well equipped gym. All you expect from a high end hotel, but anyway it is nice when it is there for your convenience.

Room noise from BTS train , not suggest for those people hearing sensitive

W Hotel in Bangkok is a very nice hotel. Design is modern and the pool deck is a great oasis in otherwise busy city. Staff was super friendly. Location is great with skytrain connection within 5 minutes walk and some nice skybars nearby. Otherwise there is not much to see in the area. The room could have been quieter. I was surprised that I can still hear music from the bar below and from the sky train in my room.
