Though the hotel look old, but it’s very spacious. The pool is nice as it’s the rooftop. The gym is very big. Even the suna and jacuzzi look good to use.

I stayed in 2 rooms apartment and studio room recently. I was taken aback that the air conditioner is blowing directly to bed we’re sleeping. This makes us feel too cold and will be too humid if we were to adjust room temperature to 23C. Hotel breakfast is just a basic one as it comes together from booking studio room. Quite far walking distance from Chit Lom BTS station.

Family trip to Bangkok. Outside view was very nice which is surrounded by old buildings and pools not blocking. Just 10 mins walk to BTS. To Central world, there have 2 options; Muvmi app or on foot both are very connivence. I suggest to have breakfast at Central World if you prefer Asian foods. I asked for floor mat after room service that they forgot to provide. But they did not show up maybe they do not understand or don't know why. Dining table mats are put inside the cabinets which are never wash. I didn't take photo because it's too dirty and not hygienic. 

This was our second time staying at Urbana Langsuan. We booked the studio suite but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was awesome. The breakfast was yummy. The room was clean. The service attitude of the staff was wonderful. Would certainly stay here again.

Great location. Close to the BTS Station. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities.

I returned to this hotel because of its excellent location. I had a mixed experience during the stay. The first room I was assigned had a slow-working air conditioner and a musty odor, which I was told was due to the ozone machine. However, the hotel's staff was very accommodating and quickly moved me to a different room. The new room was much cleaner and the air conditioning worked efficiently. While I was disappointed with the initial room, the hotel's willingness to resolve the issue made my stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is clean. Staff Service is good. The Stay is comfortable.

I have never been to a hotel in such conditions : The switches are covered with dirts. The wall of the toilet is full of stains. Room is smelly with unpleasant odour. Few light bulbs haven’t been replaced so the room was extremely dark. The hotel is extremely DATED!!!!

Good location but take 5 minutes walk to sky train ! Would be bonus if could provide tuk tuk service to sky train . Room spacious and clean ! Will stay again as value for money !

the hotel is nearby chit lom BTS station, just 5mins walk from there. room size is extremely large, but the swimming pool is tiny. overall is very nice for a family.

Everything was good, big spacious room and living room. Just a slightly long walking distance to central world/stations but good enough

Location was good. And the room was fantastic in a way whereby because we travel as a family,so it was really really nice that this hotel caters to us where there is 2 rooms + 2 toilets + a kichenette + mini balcony with a washing machine. Loved the room facilities. But service wise, really needs improvement. The television channels could not work and even though we called for room service, they hadn't have it fixed. And, on another day, both elevator/lifts were having a maintainence concurrently at the same time. So, could you imagine, i had to climb down 14 floors and back up again??? Oh ! And on the 2nd floor, they have a small playroom for kids. Very family friendly hotel.

Nice and quiet location and can sleep well. A lot of restaurants and massage parlour nearby the hotel. 12 mins walk to Central World, Siam Paragon. 7 mins walk to Mercury Ville Shopping Center. The downside is the wifi is not working.
