The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend “The Twin Towers Hotel for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

We stayed in this hotel for the night as we only needed somewhere to sleep. Check in process was smooth, and our room had been upgraded to the Plus room due to the regular rooms being fully booked. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom could do with some upgrading though. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included with our stay, there weren’t too many options but it did the job. Great location too.

Great hotel with top notch amenities & retro vibe, the hotel has a great breakfast buffet, bar & restaurant with amazing staff & a pool after a hectic day or for a vacation.

tayed at Twin Hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The hotel is very clean, and the location is excellent — super convenient for getting around. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The design is a bit old-school, nothing bad, just slightly dated if you’re into modern aesthetics. My only real letdown was the view from my room. It was okay, but not my favorite — I personally love being on a high floor with a full city skyline view, and mine was facing another tower/building which felt kind of enclosed. Maybe just personal preference, but next time I’d request a room with a more open view. Would definitely stay again — just with a different room location next time!

The location of the hotel is a bit far from nearest bts so it is better prepared to call grab all the time, service is not good or bad , can’t demand too much since the price is already there, not many facilities provided so it is better bring more personal hygiene items

Clean and reasonable pricing. Location is slightly outskirts but easily accessible by cab.

The location of hotel is very good spot not to far away from the BTS national stadium which is about 10 minute walk or you can just book a taxi to there if you wish not to walk that distance. Also there is a 7/11 and Lawson 108 shops directly near the hotel for any shopping you need during the stay. The hotel staff greet very politely and help you with luggage escorting them to the lobby until sorting the room out with reception staff and take your luggage up to the room making easier and more comfortable for the guests. The rooms they allocate you are very spacious which I liked a lot making a lot easier and manageable for placing items exactly where you want them. However we had few issues with housekeeping during the stay they did not replace small towels in the room when they make up the room and had to call the concierge about the issue in all fairness they did respond pretty quickly and provided what we required but it should have been done correctly the first time. The main problem we encountered during our stay was the shower gel which they did not replace at all only providing body lotion and shampoo which resulted in us using soap which was not ideal for the standard and quality off this hotel. There were not many charging points in the room which was very far away from the bed side you have to use the seating area provided for accommodating usage of phone but it was more old fashioned style room which has to be taken into consideration overall. When we had to check out the hotel felt like we were completely rushed out the room which made myself and girlfriend in discomfort as she forget a few personal belongings in the room due there eagerness to get the room emptied and cleaned ready for the next guests staying in that room which I understand but if we left the hotel without them it would have left us in complete jeopardy. I normally don’t like writing detailed reviews about hotels and negative comments about places but I had to on this occasion for the treatment we received during our stay it’s a shame as it’s a really nice hotel in general and would recommend people to stay here even though we had a rough time during our one day duration stay.

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night, thinking it would be at least have the basic things, The room smelled like smoke, and also the bathroom was in terrible condition, not clean at all, could not even use it. Would not recommend, theres so much places for the budget that at least have the cleanliness.

Large Hotel. Impressive receptions area. Not spent much time at hotel as we are out at exploring. Good value for money and rooms are good.
