Hotel location is just 16minutes away from the center. Staffs are approachable, daily cleaning of room, refill of coffee, bottled water, and changing of bath and hand towels are nice. The food is not much of variety, maybe can add more or change menues atleast every other day. The pool was clean whild my kids enjoy much. Overall is okay juatbimprove with the daily menu.

Amazing place to stay, convenient 7-eleven downstairs, gym sufficient to have a basic workout to keep your muscles active, and possibility to enjoy local street food for few thb. Highly recommended if you're planning to stay a week or more.

Great relaxing spacious residence in Sathorn area. About 10 minutes walk from central Rama III mall. Fully equipped gym. Two large swimming pools. Large rooms. There’s a microwave in the room

Great place for families! The rooms were really big and having a kitchen and living room were very useful!  We will be back!!

good: - it has a 7-11 and starbucks nearby - they let me store my luggage with them til 5.30pm bad:  - room and facilities look old - sathorn is not very central so it’s far away from most places, you can get a decent hotel at a more central location for the same price  - when I came to pick up my luggage at 5.30pm I asked if I could have a bottle of water (I did not ask for any additional bottles during my 2 nights stay). the lady asked for my room number but when she found out I had checked out she rudely said “no water” and to “go 7-11” to buy it. not sure this is the kind of service I expect at a fully serviced residence or hotel.   -

Spacious room, good location. Limited parking lots but can ask the secutity staff for help to give you one.

Hoysejeeper Always forget to leave tissue papers or floor towels. Will be perfect if gym open 24 hrs. The guards are very helpful.

Was there for songkran. The location is good. Not too far from Silom. It ok for just 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay there much longer. Chilled stay.

The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I also loved the breakfast; there was a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!

Great place, amazing swimming pool, very large rooms, great breakfast, good restaurant, location is very good, close to shopping, food markets, and quiet, hard to find in Bangkok.  Staff is amazing, great value for your money.

The first room I was brought to had cockroaches, which was a huge mood killer. I had to buy bug spray. Thankfully on my 2nd night, I was moved to a bug free room. Overall, the hotel itself is great value for money and the rooms are massive. Gym was really big too. But the building is old so you may get bugs in your room. While location is in Sathorn, the hotel itself is kinda in a really remote area so there aren’t any convenience stores or restaurants or anything nearby so you do have to take a Grab out all the time.
