Quite a crowded area. Even construction area surrounding the hotel area. What a mess!!!

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and given them business over many stays. However they have treated me badly. On this particular stay, they charged me 1000 bhat for stains on bed. Blood stains left by my girlfriend who had her monthly cycle. But the hotel management didn't show any empathy. Given that I'm a loyal repeat customer, despite my requests to the management, they did not waive off the 1000 bhat fine. I even put a YouTube review of them last year on my channel. Being a repeat customer. Given them business many times. Yet this is how they have treated me over a mere 1000 bhat. For me it's not about the money. 1000 bhat is peanuts. But their refusal of my requests based on good faith and loyalty is what really hurts. They showed me that as a loyal client my business is not appreciated. I am writing this review in disgust and with the promise that I will never return to this hotel ever again. Over just 1000 bhat the hotel's management lost a lifelong customer. It shows the sad backwards mindedness of the incompetent management. Nine at front desk was very polite and did his best to resolve the situation. But it seems the management is only interested in making short term gains and gambling the hotel's brand loyalty away over some measly 1000 bhat. It's sad to see. I will now be posting this same review on other platforms also and I've decided to remove my previous YouTube review video also. Davis, you've lost a good guest. It's sad you don't know a thing about customer service.

Overall, the hotel is decent, but the location isn’t the most ideal. The nearest BTS station, Phrom Phong, is a bit of a walk—something to consider especially in the heat or rain. There are two nightclubs nearby—one operated by the hotel itself and another right next door. It can get a little noisy at night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Also, be cautious when booking room types. If the room is marked as “Corner Wing,” it actually means you’re staying in the adjacent building, not the main hotel tower.

I was at the Davis hotel about 20 years ago - had an excellent experience Nd decided to go back. I still like the hotel, but feel renovation is needed to give it a fresh look and feel.

We’re family group of 4, booked in 2BR suite. The room is quite big & spacious. There’re 2 separate bathroom for each room & separate shower. Location is good but quite traffic jam on busy hours.. sometimes hard to find taxi using meter..

The front desk was not very welcoming and couldn’t communicate well and when I had parcel sent hotel, they did not send it to my room. Hotel staff luggage boy didn’t come when I called on the cell phone. The intercom on the room is not very responsive and takes a long time to get any room service or front desk to respond to my request. For a stay where I spent 3000 US it was really not worth it. The room service I ordered they ended up not having any of them. And canceled on me !! 

Pathetic hotel staff. They need to be trained in basic courtesy and hospitality. Hotel needs a renovation. It stinks of old carpet and has a lot of stains everywhere, from the lobby to the rooms. Would seriously not recommend. The club baccarat is at the lobby area. Extremely noisy on weekends. With a lot of rowdy and misbehaved crowd coming in. Reception stops answering calls at night due to all the noise.

Clean hotel , near by many Japanese restaurants , super market and Thai massage many offer this area .

Baddest experience ever in Thailand specially the manger who’s called melda she’s rude and disrespectful and the just wanna charge you extra money

Like this hotel, convenient close to route 3, good restaurants, bars, massage. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable, clean. Has a small rooftop pool. However though the pool area can get crowded. Thus no space to sit or lay down. This is my 4/5 stay here. Highly recommend this place.

This hotel has a nostalgic charm that feels like stepping back into the 1980s. Despite its dated vibe, the rooms are spacious and equipped with great amenities. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the relaxing bathtub. It’s also one of the most budget-friendly options in the notoriously pricey Phrom Phong area. While it’s located a bit further from BTS Phrom Phong—around a 10 to 15-minute walk—the route is pleasant and lined with restaurants, cafes, bars, gyms, and convenience stores, making the walk enjoyable. Overall, a solid choice for those looking for comfort and affordability in this area.

Always my family favorite and we love staying there every times we are in Bangkok

Room was big and clean. Location is very centralised able to walk to the mall nearby and there’s a lot 7-11 nearby. And party goers there’s a club at the lobby of the hotel

Room needs some renovation. Excellent location and prices
