Friendly service . The front desk can speak good in english and Chinese And also got the mini zoo to visit

I like the style of this hotel as it is newly remodeled. However, our room caught smoking smells in the bathroom. The staff tried to cover it with an air freshener, which was not helpful. Then the guests in the next room were fighting. The staff was young and tried to help, but the fighting continued. The cafe had live animals that should be in a zoo, which was disappointing too. The worst thing was no early check in. I was there very early and only wanted to check in an hour or two before, but it doesn't exist. That is hard when you travel all night. The breakfast was good, plentiful and hot!

good hotel, quiet area, have golf cart to send to main road 711. Chinese owned hotel, with chinese speaking staff. Overall very clean and good.

A bit far from city centre but still very convenient. Room is tidy and clean

New hotel , get to see animals at the hotel as well , nearby huaikwang market , easy to get a car

Clean and comfortable room. Location near to market. Walk about 10mins to market and mrt station.

Location is amazing for me personally because although it's in the middle of busy Bangkok it feels so much peaceful and isolated. That somewhat distance is covered by the golf cart service provided by the hotel. The room feels bright and home alike.

SPB Hotel is under renovation by the new owner Juzi Hotel (China). I stayed in the newly renovated room and there's an improvement with respect to the room cleanliness and toilet facilities. However, the hotel doesn't offer any breakfast nor room service (food nor drinks). This aspect they should be included as part of hotel services.

The hotel location is convenient for travelling. The price is not expensive. The rooms are clean, safe, close to the MRT and there is a shuttle service during the day.
