Good location and good room. Right off Khao san road, very busy and noisy but the room blocked out most the noise and found what I needed in short distance. Rooms smell strongly of smoke & there’s an ashtray provided in room- although no balcony.

Great location near from the walking street. If you don’t mind about music outside, this place will be nice for you.

Big room with AC and mini fridge. But at night sometimes really loud because it’s close to Khao San road.

If you like to party, this is a great location, but it was also not so crazy loud in the room.

How can I say? It is in the middle of the busy street and convenient for people who are drunk and maybe looking for a space just to crush, but for travelers like me needed a good night sleep so I can catch tmr's flight, it's a nightmare! Oh wait, you don't have nightmares because you can't fall into sleep in this loud hotel room because the party won't stop till 4am then back at it again 8am. Don't book this one guys.

Perfect location! Close to Khao San Road but the street of the hotel itself is also really nice

The hotel was clean and nice, you get what you pay for. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only minus point, we had really loud hotel guests on our floor, partying at 4 in the morning and banging the doors.

Convenient location of the hotel, if you like to hang out) Near the Royal Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.

Hotel was lovely, roof top pool was perfect Staff were very friendly and let us into our room early which was amazing after our long flight Location was really good, right in the centre of everything, music wasn’t loud despite being next to bars but the bass from speakers would shake our room but wasn’t a problem for us Would definitely stay here again

Good value for money, very clean, rooms a little small, but offer everything you need.Excellent location, close to many attractions and to the bustle and hassle if you like that. Many restaurants and bars around, which make it a bit noisy till late hours, hard for light sleeper. Friendly staff, speak English. Nice swimming rooftop pool

Overall not bad for your budget. But lousy at night and facilities are a bit old

Clean, maybe a little noisy at nigh but hey! Is Kaosan road. Ask for a quiet room and ready to rock! For me one of the best choices for a couple of nights. Bed was cobfortable and the room is set up is digital nomads friendly, good wifi, a table and puff, a large shower and windows.
