It isn’t as fancy as I thought! Smaller room and uncomfortable for working which in the end I worked at a campus coworking space instead!

Rating Scale: 1. WC 3/5 2. Room 3/5 3. Locations 5/5 but noise at night time. 4. Service 3/5.

Nice hotel, good facilities & very clean. Free shuttle bus to pick you up from train station & local shopping center.

Had insects In room..I booked into another hotel within a hour or so.....ps.no mention of a refund from hotel..ps.im leaving it all to trip.com to sort out and get back to me.ps.NEVERTHELESS CHEERS from THAILAND....

Went into the restaurant once after 5 minutes somebody arrived and said hello. Then proceeded to look at their phone after quite a while of being ignored I walked out.

Good experience in this hotel. The bts station just in front of my hotel. The room is clean and the most important they have iron. Easy for me to iron my clothes. I like it

Pretty good hotel! Staff are nice. However, they don’t provide a fridge or microwave if you wanna bring food/beverage back to the room. I stayed in the standard room which is quite small and noisy from the traffic. They need to improve or fix A/C and the bathroom smelled funny. If you have a short stay, it is good because the hotel is right next to MRT subway, so it is very easy to go around the city center.

I've waited more than 45 minutes for check-in because there was no body at the front desk and I got 'o answer from the phone number they left at the desk. A very bad experience!

Good location, in front of MRT station, quite clean, cool.

Hotel service was mediocre. There were no disposable slippers and toothbrushes like in China. There was no hot water, but the location was good, close to the subway station, reasonable price, and generally okay

The hotel is a bit old but is very near to hua lamphong train station in China Town as we needed to take the tourist floating train at 6 am the next morning. So it is very convenient to us.

No lift for use only steps. Not convenient for business travelers.
