I decided to stay at this hotel because it was close to the airport and because I was arriving very late and leaving very early.
I contacted the hotel through Trip.com requesting a pick-up service. After a month without a reply, I decided to send an email directly to the hotel. This time they answered and said that when I arrived I should wait on the second floor, next to door 4 and there would be someone there.
When I arrived there was no one. I had to call the hotel's Whats App at +66-81-9147673. That´s the number published on Trip.com. A person answers saying he no longer works at the hotel. I asked a local to call the other hotel number and speak to someone at the front desk to let them know I was waiting. They responded they would pick me up in 20 minutes. Half an hour later a man without identification approached me saying that he was from the hotel and that I should accompany him to the upper floor since the shuttle was no longer leaving from the 2nd floor. Another 20 minutes later a van from the hotel arrives and takes me to the hotel. I had to wait a total of an hour for a pick-up service. Very poorly organized.
If you are choosing this hotel for the pick-up service, I suggest you look for another option. It is a nightmare. As for the room.... I booked a room with a terrace and they gave me one without a terrace, saying it was an "upgrade." The room was large, with a hard king-size bed, and had a window that could not be opened, because the hotel keeps them closed. The bathroom looked old. The safety deposit box is so small not even a tablet fits inside. At night the noise of the planes is unbearable, since the hotel windows are not soundproof, which makes it very difficult to sleep. Conclusion: the worst place I have ever been.
