Royal Suites Bangkok offers spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location near shops and transport. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice city view. Some areas feel a bit dated, but overall, it’s a great value for the price.

To me, as a person who visited Bangkok for the first time, the location seemed poor. Too far from the subway station, and super inconvenient to walk to. But if you make it to the station, it only takes 20 minutes to get to the airport, which is great, given Bangkok's horrible traffic. Even though we only stayed for 2 nights, they cleaned the room. AC and WiFi work well. We ordered pizza from the hotel restaurant and they only delieved it after 2 hours of waiting! That was a huge disappointment.

Big room, functional facilities, value for money. Location is pretty bad, but there are a few restaurants that open late at night (until 2am) within walking distance.

Nice big an apartment, every day cleaning, the poole on the roof. Be aware about location of you are a tourist and like to walk not perfect place for it.

It was a lovely stay at this one room apartment. Had a large sofa and well equipped kitchen with an island like dining table. The room had comfortable beds with comfortable beds and a study desk as well as a TV apart from the another in the living room. The bathroom was spacious, had bath tub and was very clean. Had amenities as well. Definitely a recommendable stay!

The hotel intended to reject my booking according to my Thai passport shows upon arrival. The receptionist told me my booking wasn’t confirmed and asked me to contact Trip.com for it because the rate was not for Thai citizens! I was quite mad at the time when I was there at 8pm+ on the heavy rainy night! They were ok when I showed my kids and my husband passports with non-Thai citizenship! Hotel is very old and not very pleasant cleanliness.. as shown in the photos I was almost vomit but I didn’t wanna make a big deal in the hotel because I was too tired each day! The staffs are friendly except the receptionists! I had to wait like more than 5mins for the check out… no idea why!? The breakfast was…. I would not go back there again with all these kind of experiences! Bye!

Big rooms ,walkable to the metro if you don't have luggage. Would recommend and stay again
