The hotel is good clean and good affordable prices location is in a small road sometimes google map doesn’t get it correctly to reach using navigation

Great location and easy for find the food

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staffs. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.

Friendly staff, pretty good location but very dated. Ok for a cheap night stay but I wouldn’t stay any longer than a night

Lol your security deposit isn’t safe. Just make sure to not use their towels or their stuff cause even just a little problem they immediately charge you for it. The lady on the front desk is rude. They can’t converse properly. The beds had stains. The floor was dirty. TV was ancient. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The service was good to me. Experience was difficult to find with this price in Bangkok. Satisfied with it. Convenience access to 7/11 and BTS.

Good spacious room. Hot and cold water for shower. Small bathroom but we got balcony room with view. Not so good wifi connection in the room. No shampoo in the shower. But beds are clean and room is clean. Bathroom is ok.

Hotel is ok for that money they charge but the noise from outside can be heard inside the rooms

The staff are not helpful at all. Very bad attitude. The room is too dark.

Our stay at Nice Palace Hotel was less than ideal. The bedsheets were very itchy, which made it difficult to get comfortable. We ended up going to the reception to request a fresh set of sheets, and thankfully, the staff were accommodating and replaced them for us. While we appreciated the quick response from the staff, the initial discomfort was disappointing. If the hotel could improve on their bedding quality, it would make for a much better stay.

Very rude staff, i don't even need to mention about the noise, the lack of amenities etc..

I don’t like for service from officer at here because I’m see hotel in this (Trip.com) and hotel don’t show or tell for the deposit, and I go to hotel the officer tell with me to deposit, if you not pay deposit is you can’t check in now and hotel don’t have scan or payment for deposit the hotel need cash only (I know why like this) but ATM have a little far form hotel I walking go to for cash, finally I need to tell the hotel for have service to improve, should smile and speak with respect to customer especially with foreign.

Dirty toilet,dusty tv rack, dusty cabinet.. And wifi is very slow cannot use the tv no wifi
